Fahrradurlaub
Pros:

Es waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sauber und Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Es gibt eine Waschstation für Fahrräder mit Werkzeug. Weiters darf man sein Fahrrad mit auf Zimmer nehmen, wenn man das Fahrrad in eine Schutzhülle einpackt.

A cosy place hidden in the Austrian Alps.
Pros:

It was the best hotel during our Interrail trip through Europe;) The staff was very accomodating and kind, they even asked us what we want for breakfast (which was delicious btw)

We had a room on the ground floor with a little terrace where we could admire the Alps above (and trains-the hotel’s garden is a perfect spotting place if you love them. The good thing is you do not even notice them in the room thanks to absolutely perfect soundproofing;)) The room was also spacious and with a nice and light design. I also loved the bathroom with its huuuge shower cabin.

Apart from the room and breakfast we absolutely loved the sauna - it is very modern and it is a perfect place to regenerate after a long day. You can even brew your tea there and then relax watching the mountains above.

I also liked the location in general -it is 10 minutes away from the Velden train station at which even the long-distance Railjet/ICE trains stop. The even better thing is that you get a Kärnten Guest Pass with your stay with which you can use all the region’s regional trains. For me as a train fan it is a massive advantage! For car drivers it is a good place to stay because it is only 5 minutes away from a major A2 motorway.

All in all, I recommend the place very much and I hope I am able to come back the someday;)

Pros:

Lage ist perfekt, gleich am Wörthersee. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben das Zimmer erst 19:30 gebucht. Bei der Ankunft 19:45 Uhr war die Rezeption leider nicht mehr besetzt. Über eine Telefonnummer konnten wir sie erreichen und uns absprechen. Nach zwei min war sie da, hat uns alles gezeigt, auch eine Art Aufenthaltsraum… ein schöner Aufenthalt und alle Mal empfehlenswert :)
