Cozy hotel by the lake
Pros:

Friendly staff, renovated rooms, big pool, and free parking. Walking distance from the lake without having to worry about parking or noise. We also liked that the property had private access to its own dock at the lake.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast area. Nice view from my room. Short walk to Velden.

Cons:

The mattress was definitely the softest I have ever had in a hotel. It was truly very uncomfortable. The rooms are starting to show their age and have zero soundproofing. If someone just walks down the hallway, it sounds like they are walking right next to your bed.

A good stay at clean hotel with beautiful views.

Beautiful views from rooms. Sauna.

Cons:

The hotel is between highway and train tracks - if the window is open, you hear a noise of traffic. The same in the garden. Assume the same at the pool, as the train tracks are just next to the pool (have not checked).
