Ein sehr gelungener Wander- und Familienurlaub
Pros:

Wir waren 11 Nächte als Familie zu Gast. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Natürlich ist es kein 5 Sterne Hotel (es hat drei Sterne), aber das wussten wir ja. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend und das Abendessen war sehr gut. Es hat uns allen Vieren sehr gut geschmeckt (leider bis auf den Kaffee, hier sollte noch einmal nach justiert werden). Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, aber ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon mit Bergblick, was sehr schön war. Die Sauna war ohne Kompromisse jeden Abend geöffnet (das hatten wir schon anders erlebt). Die Kinder hatten Möglichkeit Tischtennis oder Federball zu spielen. Die Ausrüstung dazu war im Hotel vorhanden. Man kann zentral vom Hotel viele Ausflüge starten (z.B. der Dachstein ist 10 Minuten entfernt). Die Dachstein Schladming Card wird vom Hotel gestellt, somit können viele Lifte und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten kostenlos genutzt werden. Alles in allem für uns ein sehr gelungener Urlaub mit viel Wandern und Ausspannen. Wer nicht jeden Sprung in der Kachel zählt, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Road Trip - one day in Ramsau
Pros:

The location is simply amazing, super beautiful. We were only two but got to stay in a family room in a last-minute booking and everything went great. We loved the space, which was very clean and comfortable. The balcony is also a great plus for peaceful moments. The summercard is also a great thing about this hotel. Staff was nice and super efficient during check-in and check-out.

Cons:

The breakfast could be more diverse, especially in terms of fruit and vegetable/vegan options. Heads up about the summer card: the flyer you find in the bedroom is not up to date as we went, for example, to the Rittisberg park and the FlyLine and Rollercoaster, which were marked as included, were not covered - nevertheless, it was a great plus to have it to find these nice activities to do while we were there.

Výborná poloha hotelu na turistiku v okolí. Klidné místo, parkování zdarma s dostatkem místa. Pokoje prostorné s kvalitní matrací. Plzeňské pivo.

Cons:

Snídaně méně pestrá, večeře bez výběru (možnost vegetariánské). Vše ale dostačující i chuťově. Ochotný personál se ale snažil vyjít vstříc.

Gute ruhige Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Dachstein. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Die Atmosphäre hat mich eher an den Schikurs zu Schulzeiten erinnert, deshalb denke ich, dass das Hotel mehr für Wintersportler ausgerichtet ist. Empfang und Verabschiedung war sehr unpersönlich, gerade ein "Hallo" und "Aufwiedersehen".
