Everything! From check in to check out everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful resort in a nice area with clean rooms.

Beautiful property! On the top of a hill so when we looked out the windows we could see the surrounding greenery and trees. It was absolutely gorgeous to view.
There wasn’t any AC (that we could find) but the nights were so cool in October, we just left the windows open! It felt so nice!
We were traveling all over Austria so it could have been helpful to know there weren’t any elevators with our large bags but aside from that, it was gorgeous! I would absolutely return!

From the moment we entered the hotel, it was clear that we had entered a one of a kind place. The room was specious, tastefully designed, and very clean.
Furthermore, staff went above and beyond to fulfill special requests for more vegan options in the breakfast, and we couldn't be more grateful for this consideration, as good vegan food is not that easy to come by in this part of Austria.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a unique hospitality experience in the area.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr sehr nett. Hat uns das schöne Haus gezeigt. Leider haben wir sie bis zur Abreise nicht mehr gesehen.
Die Zimmer waren groß und super schön. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sehr schön gewesen. Man kann Getränke im Haupthaus kaufen aber nicht kühl lagern.. Schade. Es gibt Wein und NUR alkoholfreies Bier. ??!! Warum? Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, es war sonst alles wunderschön.
