Pros:

Ich fahre etwa 1 x im.Monat hin, um zu entspannen. Die Sumühle ist mein erklärter Favorit. Mehr brauch ich ja wohl nicht zu sagen. Alles okay. Bin sogar am Überlegen, ob ich nicht mein Seminar dort halten soll. Wäre vielleicht eine Option. Nicht nur die Preise sind sehr annehmbar, auch Personal,Ausstattung und Komfort sind excellent. Freue mich aufs nächste Mal

Pros:

Lage ruhig, Personal sehr freundlich, Essen war viel und gut.

Cons:

Liegen im Hallenbad stehen sehr knapp, im Sauna Bereich befindet sich kein Schwimmbecken, manche Gäste verwechseln die Ruhebereiche mit einem Kaffeehaus 😕

Wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Komfort und Ausstattung und sehr gutem Service!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr köstlich, auch für Vegetaria sehr gut geeignet. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, optimale Größe, superschönes Bad, alles sehr komfortabel in der Dusche, genug Ablage, - einfach perfekt. Eine Matratze wurde gleich getauscht da sie durchgelegen war. Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bin sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank an das gesammte Team.

Sehr toller Aufenthalt, leider etwas eingetrübt durch die fehlende Schallschutztüre.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Essen und super ausgestatteter Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag im 1. Stock direkt beim Stiegenaufgang und so wurden wir zwangsläufig bis in die frühen Morgenstunden mit den Geräuschen aus dem Gastraum konfrontiert. Unsere Zimmertüre war leider keine Schallschutztüre.

Schön aber nicht Perfekt
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Großteil des Personal war sehr freundlich. Es ist sehr sauber und übersichtlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gross und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant war zum teil eher unhöflich. Obwohl ich das Essen aufgrund einer nicht essbaren sehne zurückgeben habe hat die Kellnerin nicht weiter reagiert. Kassiert hat später ein Kellner der nicht mal gefragt hat ob alles gepasst hat . Also hab ich bezahlt und bin gegangen. Es fehlen meiner Meinung auch kleinere Snacks auf der Abend Karte.
Im Wellness Bereich oder Poolbereich war leider weder Bademeister oder anderes Personal zu finden die etwas auf Einhaltung der Regeln achten . Gerade im Ruhebereich sollte es ja ruhig sein und nicht lautstark geschrien werden . Und in Relaxzimmer ist es auch nicht nötig Verkehr mit seiner Partnerin zu haben . Dazu sind Zimmer da.
