一進去就看到洗手台是破洞裂開，床單上有不明髒污還有頭髮和黑色點點，床單也起毛球了，我躺上去就癢到受不了！因為天氣很冷想喝熱水，致電服務人員他們表示沒有人可以幫忙，餐廳的熱水機也不開放，態度非常差，不會再來住這間又髒又差勁的飯店！
