一進去就看到洗手台是破洞裂開，床單上有不明髒污還有頭髮和黑色點點，床單也起毛球了，我躺上去就癢到受不了！因為天氣很冷想喝熱水，致電服務人員他們表示沒有人可以幫忙，餐廳的熱水機也不開放，態度非常差，不會再來住這間又髒又差勁的飯店！

Great stay, we came back after a few years and it's still great
Pros:

We returned to the hotel, we were here before in 2018, it is a really great choice, especially if you have a car, they have really good facilities, everything is super clean and also we liked a lot the services offered by the staff, really helpful. The check in was super easy, we arrived quite late and we could self-check in really easily

Cons:

Maybe work a bit on have comfier pillows, or offer alternatives in the room.

Rundum zufrieden - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Angenehme und ruhige Lage mit praktischer Verkehrsanbindung in das Stadtzentrum, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, kostenfreier Parkplatz.
