Goede locatie, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, met eigen shuttle service naar de lift of bushalte, uitstekend menu en uitstekende kok! Echt een aanrader.

Ein riesiges Lob an den Koch für das abwechslungsreiche, gute vegane Abendessen! Es ist selten, vegane Gerichte in einem Hotel zu finden. Auch super nett für die extra veganen Brotaufstriche etc. zum Frühstück. Vielen, vielen Dank!

Very comfortable stay in a great location for the ski slopes.
Pros:

There was alot to like about this property. Food was very good, staff very friendly and helpful. They provided transport to the ski lift in the morning, a short downhill walk back in the evening. Hotel was in a quiet location but only a short walk to the centre of Fulpmes. I took the bus from Innsbruck rail station and on the return journey, you can get the ride free if you stay at the hotel, you have to get a coupon for this.

Alles gut, sehr schöner Winterurlaub!
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und frisch. Zum Kaffee gab es immer leckeren Kuchen.
Abendessen war sehr gut, man konnte jeden Tag sein Essen auswählen. Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Lage Hotel sehr gut in der Stadt und direkt am Berg. Personal sehr freundlich und nett.

Cons:

Alles gut. Ausstattung Zimmer ein wenig ins Alter gekommen.

Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal,super Frühstück

Cons:

Wir hatten ein sehr großes schönes Zimmer.1Punkt Abzug gibt es trotzdem. Das Zimmer war, total überheizt und man konnte die Temperatur nicht regulieren, da das Zimmer mit Fußbodenheizung beheizt wurde und es keine Regelung gab. Im Zimmer was noch eine eigene Sauna verbaut,die sich leider Nachts selbst einschaltet. Es wurde dadurch sehr sehr warm im Zimmer.Half nichts, außer aufstehen ausschalten alle Türen auf und durchlüften...weiterschlafen.
Trotz allem würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen.
