Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Das Abendessen ist ausgezeichnet.
Vom Zentrum führt eine steile Straße zum Hotel, aber die Aussicht ist schön und die Talstation Schlick2000 ist in der Nähe.
Innsbruck und das wunderschöne Top of Tyrol sind mit dem Bus leicht zu erreichen.

The place and view are amazing. People who work there are very friendly and they make you feel at home.
Attention to details and hospitality are great in this hotel.

Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nah an der Gondel. Es hat einen eigenen Shuttlebus zum Lift. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und sehr gut. Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht, konnten aber auch täglich entscheiden, ob wir ein Abendmenü im Rahmen der Halbpension wollen. Haben wir gemacht und nicht bereut.
Der Koch zauberte jedesmal ein Klasse-3-Gang-Menü mit einem großen Salatbuffet. War jeden Cent wert.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pros:

There is a hotel shuttle bus schlick 2000. You can also walk to the resort in 10 mins or free ski buses.
They have a good heated ski boot room.
We had half board and the food was really excellent. 3 course meal plus salads and cheeses.
There is a large sauna and a steam room.
Walk into town was 5 mins.
Staff were really welcoming.
Family run hotel.

Hotel mit Potential aber Luft nach oben
Cons:

Team noch nicht eingespielt und der Chef war sehr unfreundlich. Bei der Ankunft musste erstmal rausgefunden werden, wo unser Zimmer ist, da kein Personal das wusste. Parkplätze sind leider Mangelware. Personal ist freundlich, eine Dame am Empfang hat uns beim Auschecken angeboten vor dem Hotel stehen zu bleiben und uns versprochen dass die Kollegin uns einen Shuttle zum Lift gibt, wie es so üblich ist, dann kam allerdings der Chef nachdem wir uns komplett gerichtet haben und bereit waren zum abfahren, der meinte, er ist der Chef, er hat das sagen und er fährt uns nirgends hin, ist ihm egal was die Kollegin uns verspricht. Sehr unfreundliche Art.
In unserem Zimmer gab es nur eine Fußbodenheizung, allerdings ohne Thermostatregelung. Das Zimmer war viel zu heiß, mussten mit offener Balkontür schlafen da man es nicht regeln konnte. (-24° Außentemperatur)

A very enjoyable stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly! The manager was also helpful and kind. Delicious food for dinner, very close to the slopes. A very nice SPA zone and 3 saunas to choose from.

Cons:

Perhaps a refrigerator would be a good idea. There's a Smart TV in the room, but unfortunately, it has limited functionality.
