Cons:

Wenn man im Nebengebäude sein Zimmer hat, es ist ziemlich laut. Man hört jedes Mal wenn einer die Zimmertüre zu macht. Das hat Nachmittagsruhe leider gestört.

Excellent all round three generation family skiing holiday.
Pros:

Very pleasant staff who are good at communicating. Central position opposite tourist information and a mere 50 meters from ski bus stop and Manni ski hire who offer guests 15% off. Huge boot room which does not smell of boots! We had two Junior Suites in the Schlossl annex connected to the main hotel by internal underground passage. Huge rooms with sectioned off bunk beds for children (or snoring adults!). Very peaceful. Beds comfortable. Lovely bathroom. We were sat in the family section of the dining room which had its own play room and lots of high chairs. The Berghof is very child friendly. Great indoor/outdoor heated pool and both family clothed sauna and adults only upstairs naked Finnish sauna/steam rooms. Good buffet breakfast and evening meal (served main course - four choices). They even have push chairs you can borrow. They recommended Four Seasons for private transfers from Innsbruck Airport - £150 each way (slight issue on return journey when the driver turned up with a booster seat for a 5 month old!).

Cons:

With this standard of hotel you would expect to have a kettle and coffee machine and cups. We asked for a kettle and got one straight away and found cups in the dining room. Although you get bath robes, you have to request slippers at reception. Minor points really and we will definitely return with more grandchildren!
