Amazing place! It's (one of) the oldest gasthofen in Austria, beautiful! And easy to reach by car

Pros:

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, emplacement parfait sur la route vers Innsbruck et les stations des Dolomites. Chambre et lits très confortables, maison traditionnelle très bien restaurée, avec beaucoup de charme.

Hier werde ich gerne wieder Buchen und nach Möglichkeit an Tagen, wo das Restaurant nicht wegen Ruhetag geschlossen ist.
Pros:

Wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel mit vermutlich langer Geschichte! Wenn die Wände erzählen könnten:). Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet!

Would have been excellent had we been warm enough.
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful 800 year old building. The room was very big and the bed very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent if a little pricey.

Cons:

The room was too cold - and we don't like a very hot bedroom. Even allowing for the fact that there was a problem with the boiler for a while when we arrived it is hard to imagine that the small radiator could sufficiently heat such a large room in an old building in winter. It was -6C when we were there.

Liked it so much the first time we stayed again
Pros:

This is our second time staying in this hotel. Very convenient stop over on the way to a skiing holiday in Italy. Historic building, wonderfully atmospheric. Very large, comfortable and quiet rooms. Great bar area and traditional restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Really loved our stay here.

TRES MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE

Le petit déjeuner était très basique avec très peu de variété et de faible qualité Je suis allé des dizaines de fois en AUTRICHE et au Tirol en particulier . c'est ma pire expérience !

je suis arrivé tardivement vers 1H du matin à la suite d'un gros bouchon sur une autoroute allemande . J'ai essayé de prévenir vers 20H 30 mais personne n'a jamais décroché ! De plus , arrivé sur la place , la porte principale était close et sans aucune indication où se trouvait la clé de notre chambre ! Après 30 min de recherche ( tout ca en pleine nuit !) j'ai trouvé un coffre bien loin sur le coté latéral . Nous sommes entré , aucune indication où se trouvait la chambre N 9 ( qui était au 2ème ,Nous avons encore du cherché 30 min pour finalement trouver la chambre N 9 !!!!! vraiment horrible
