Interactiunea cu personalul incepand cu cazarea si terminand cu cei de la bucatarie , de la receptioneri scoteai vorbele cu clestele nu ne-au dat toate informatiile, ci le-au trimis pe mail un link, fara sa ne spuna ca vom primi un link si sa ne uitam ce facilitati avem cu cardul virtual, am avut un sarbatorit printre noi si am solicitat sa ne ajute cu organizarea unei mici surprize , parca am cerut luna de pe cer abia ne-au lasat sa deschidem o sampanie la masa . Au mult de lucrat in acest sens, alte hoteluri sunt fff atenti la asta si te surprind ei fara sa stii . Chelnerii erau ok, doar foarte putini stiu limba engleza.

Prima hotel, goede ligging bij Maierlbahn en naast busstop.
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamer, grote badkamer, balkon. Bar en lobby beneden, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en diner. Hele vriendelijke bediening.

Cons:

Ligging aan voorzijde is aan weg naar Aschau, waar behoorlijk wat verkeer over rijdt ook 's avonds laat en 's ochtends vroeg. Dus als je met de balkondeur open slaapt hoor je het verkeer.

Eten was erg goed, veel variatie. Ontbijt genoeg keuzen en om de dag een buffet.

Cons:

Personeel dat mag echt wel wat vriendelijker, wellicht eind van het ski seizoen, maar toch.

Super Hotel, nettes Personal in top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach toll. Skibushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, um zu drei Bergbahnen zu kommen. Das Essen ist einfach himmlisch und geht auf viele Geschmäcker ein mit dem Suppe, Salat und Dessert Buffet und der Hauptspeisenauswahl. Der riesige Skikeller bietet vielen Gäste gleichzeitig Platz zum umziehen.

Cons:

Vielleicht ist es mir auch nur nicht aufgefallen, aber die Skischuhe stecken auf Haltern, diese sind nicht beheizt

Das Zimmer: die Matratzen waren heruntergekommen und total ausgelegen. So etwas dürfte normalerweise nicht vorkommen. Es waren richtige Mulden drin. Grauenhaft
