Pros:

Amazing spa area, excellent all-inclusive service, and very friendly staff. The lift hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis bei All inklusive. Wir waren zu viert vor Ort und es passte alles. Klar sind einige Sachen in die Jahre gekommen, aber bei dem Gesamtpaket kann man darüber wegschauen. Uns hat es bestens gefallen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das manche Sachen renovierungsbedürftig sind.

Aber wir alle würden sehr gerne wieder kommen und können das ganze Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Frühstück war sehr lecker und große Auswahl , auch der Kaffee und die Auswahl an laktosefreien Milchsorten

Cons:

Die Suppen waren nicht so gut , und die Kissen in den Betten zu wenig hoch , Zahnbecher für ein Dreibettzimmer zu wenig , und ein kleiner Zimmerkühlschrank wäre auch nicht schlecht ,Parkplatz war zu wenig da

Die Lage war ok, Personal freundlich

Cons:

Recht altes Zimmer, Dusche okay aber die Toilette sehr sehr eng,überhaupt für etwas korpulente Menschen.
Während des Aufenthaltes wurden wir durch Bauarbeiten in den Zimmern neben uns gestört. Im 8 Uhr morgens standen wir im Bett. Haben auf einen Schuttcontainer vom Balkon aus gesehen, nicht angenehm.

Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Essen war außergewöhnlich gut. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir können es ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Mooi hotel in prachtige omgeving
Pros:

We kregen een prachtige ruime kamer met zitje, Oostenrijkse eethoek en mooi balkon. Ook een geweldig uitzicht. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en werkt keihard.

Cons:

Ontbijt was prima, diner 's avonds was niet bijzonder maar prima. De all inclusive wijnen en de koffie waren van matige kwaliteit. Kirchberg is een prachtige omgeving maar eind April nogal uitgestorven.

Hezké čisté, ubytování s velkými a prostornými pokoji, kde jsou dobře řešené úložné prostory.
Pěkné čisté welnes. Skvělé snídaně a večeře, kde jsou k dispozici nápoje v ceně ubytování.
Perfektní poloha blízko lanovky.

Cons:

Trochu proleželé matrace. Zasloužily by si výměnu.

Pros:

Wir waren in der Zwischensaison als Paar im Lifthotel. Heißt, wenig Gäste, wenig Kinder.
Daher war alles sehr sehr locker. Keine schlangen am Buffet, viel Platz im Wellness und ich konnte meine "Bahnen" schwimmen.
Das Personal ist außerordentlich gut.
Wirklich sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Die Qualität des Essens entspricht dem Preis. Man wird satt. Aber es ist nichts Besonderes.

Cons:

Der Bewegungsmelder im Flur des Zimmers ist nervig. Und alle Saunen und Dampfbäder erreichten nicht die erforderliche Temperatur.
