Highly recommended and definitely a place to come back to!
Pros:

The location is between Pertisau and Maurach. Both towns can be easily reach, even by walking. We had a room towards the back of the hotel, facing the forest. It was very quite in the evenings, which is one of the main reasons we choose this place. Right in fron of the hotel is the bus stop of the regional bus. With the Achensee Card the rides are for free. The menu of the restaurant was quite extensive and of excellent quality. The Kaiser Schmarren is a must!!

Cons:

Next time we would not choose a room on Ground Floor but on first or second floor. We prefer a balcony over a shared terrace.

Urlaub zwischen Bergen und See
Pros:

Schön renovierte Zimmer – wir hatten ein großes Familienapartment mit direktem Seeblick. Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer hat uns gefehlt, aber da wir im Sommer dort waren, war das nicht weiter schlimm. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden: Alles hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Im Hotel sind alle willkommen, auch Kinder und Hunde. Das Hotel verfügt zudem über eine Tiefgarage. Die Lage ist ideal – direkt zwischen Bergen und See, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar, und trotzdem liegt das Hotel schön ruhig.

Tolles Hotel in top Lage - absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Unser Doppelbettzimmer war geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber - dasselbe gilt für das Badezimmer. Auch die Lage des Hotels direkt am See ist top. Das Essen im Restaurant ist von guter Qualität und man bekommt große Portionen.
Besonders gut hat uns die unkomplizierte und lockere Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Personal gefallen.

Cons:

Abends wurde im Wintergarten/auf der Terrasse geraucht, obwohl ein Rauchverbot-Schild hängt - der Geruch hat sich bis ins Stiegenhaus bzw. in den Gang zu den Zimmern verbreitet und das empfanden wir als etwas störend.

Pros:

Hotel pěkný, čistý, výborná kuchyně. Jestli jste pejskaři, tak tohle je čistokrevný dogfriendly hotel. S vlastní pláži, na které mohou pejsci a Achensee je jak moře. Okolí krásné, spousty možností výletů.

Nettes Personal, wunderbare Lage, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Eigener Badestrand mit Liegen und Schirmen!

Cons:

Ich bin Alleinreisend und hatte ein Einzelzimmer zu einem akzeptablen Preis. Habe zwar für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht, aber ob es da noch EZ gibt ist fraglich. Ein DZ zur Alleinnutzung ist einfach zu teuer!

Exceptional
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely great: location just beyond the touristic part of Pertisau offers tranquility, the lake is azure and marvel to swim in, you can climb mountains or just go for an easy walk around the lake. Great breakfast, spotlessly clean room. And very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommended!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel,man fühlt sich vom ersten Tag an angekommen und rundum gut versorgt und wohlbehütet. Jeder,angefangen beim Chef setzt sich mit Herzblut ein,und das strahlt dieses Hotel aus.

Das Hotel ist gut geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Achensee.
Pros:

Das familiengeführte Hotel besticht durch rührige Gastgeber. Geräumige Suite, Aufzug vorhanden, Parkgarage und hoteleigener Strandabschnitt am See. Sehr aufmerksames Personal im Restaurant.
