einfach nur Wow.
Die Herzlichkeit und der Empfang haben uns überwältigt.
Auch sonst hat es alles was man braucht um einen tollen Aufenthalt zu erleben.

Mariazell és a környék legmagasabb színvonalú szálláshelye családias hangulattal és profi ellátással
Pros:

Rendkívül gondosan és hangulatosan kialakított dizájn prémium anyagokkal és bútorokkal, remek felszereltségű konyha minőségi konyhai eszközökkel és remek kávéval, szuper igényes reggeli a környék legjobb minőségi termékeivel, nagyon kedves személyzet és a vendégek kényelmét messzemenőkig figyelembe vevő üzletmenet. A tulajdonosok által vezetett Brauhaus Mariazell pedig szerintünk egyúttal a város legjobb étterme. A szálláson profi e-bike is bérelhető, ráadásul olcsóbban, mint máshol. A faházak 10 perc sétára vannak Mariazell belvárosához (igaz visszafelé eléggé kaptatós az út felfelé), ennek ellenére nagyon csendes a környék, nappal csak a rendszeres harangszó zökkenti ki az embert kissé a tájban való gyönyörködésből. Szuper dolog volt csobbanni a medencében egy hosszú túra után, de a víz lehetett volna 2-3 fokkal melegebb. Nem mindenki a hegyi tavak és patakok hőmérsékletét megszokva nőtt fel. ;-) Igaz a szauna gyorsan visszamelegíti az embert. Jó szívvel ajánljuk bárkinek, aki ezen a gyönyörű környéken szeretne túrázni és feltöltődni, biztosan visszatérünk még!

Chalet’s comfort and overall experience fell below our expectations.
Pros:

The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had absolutely no issues with the service or attitude of the employees.

Cons:

We made our reservation about two months in advance. However, despite other chalets still being available until the last day, we were given chalet with the worst views. The mountain view was very limited, mostly blocked by a large tree and another chalet. Guests who book well in advance should ideally be given priority when assigning the better-located chalets.

The chalet itself is quite small, and the beds are also small. Some lights are controlled by motion sensors and kept turning on automatically, with no way for us to switch them off. After we complained, the solution was simply to put stickers over the sensors.

There is no covered or underground parking.

The chalet became very hot, especially at night. Perhaps years ago air conditioning was not necessary in the Austrian mountains, but nowadays it is. Even with the windows open, I repeatedly woke up because of the heat. There is no air conditioning and not even a fan in the rooms.

Because the chalet is mainly made of wood, sound travels very easily. Even small noises from other floors can be clearly heard.

Breakfast becomes repetitive after the second day, as basically the same selection is served every morning.

I also found some of the hotel photos misleading. They show a lake and a beach, which can easily give the impression that they are part of or directly connected to the hotel. In reality, they have nothing to do with the property; they are simply photos of a lake in the surrounding area. This should be made much clearer in the listing.

Das Frühstück wird angeliefert und konnte individuell bestellt werden. Der hauseigene Badesteg am naheliegenden See (einschließlich Shuttleservice) ist wunderbar.

amazing and beautiful hotel
Pros:

One of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed in, thought has gone into every detail. The design is stunning, the view!!, the style, the warm hospitality, there are lots of things to do in the area with children, a perfect and luxurious hotel in a sweet town. And I hope we'll be back.
