Die Lage war super

Cons:

1. Zimmer war schmutzig und nicht aufgeräumt. (Benutzte Bettwäsche und schmutziges Geschirr)
2. Zimmer war sehr laut da ws direkt neben einer Baustelle war. Hatten zuvor hierfür keine Info bekommen.
3. Rechnung stimmte nicht.
4. Würde ich auf keinem Fall weiterempfehlen

Pros:

The location was great. The female receptionist on the morning of my check-out was very helpful and genuinely interested in understanding what had gone wrong during my stay.

Cons:

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a male receptionist who was unfriendly and extremely rude. I asked whether an early check-in would be possible and was told no (3pm). Given that the hotel's standard check-in time is already quite late (4pm), this was frustrating. I returned later (3.45pm) and asked again, but received the same response.
The lobby was crowded with other guests also waiting to check in. There was very loud music playing, creating more of a party atmosphere than that of a hotel. There was also a group of guests, including one individual who appeared to be heavily drunk, and no member of staff seemed to be addressing the situation.
Once I was finally able to check in, I found that both the hotel and the room looked much older than they appear in the photos. The reception area was also noticeably dirty. During the night, there was significant noise in the corridors.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel

Pros:

Relatively good location, polite staff.

Cons:

The noise of the construction work from the close building.
At the check in there wasn’t a toilet paper and a liquid soap in the bathroom.
At the check out we asked the guys at the reception to call a taxi. They work with a taxi company that took us 60 euros from the hotel to the airport which usually costs 40 euros and additionally the taxi came with 15 mins delay.

Modernt & prisvärt 4-stjärnigt hotell nära till allt!
Pros:

Ett perfekt boende för att upptäcka Wien. Nära till kommunikationer: tunnelbanan (200m), spårvagn (50m), katamaran till Bratislava (4min med spårvagn) Centrum gamla Wien (5-6 min med spårvagn) , Wien HBF (7-8 min med tunnelbanan)

Hotellet ligger nära restauranger & butiker.
Fräscha rum, super sköna sängar, bra frukost, trevlig personal.

Cons:

Små saker: ingen papperskorg i rummet . (Men det var på gång enligt receptionen )
