Местоположение отличное, в 10 минутах ходьбы до основной площади. Гостеприимные сотрудники на рецепшене.

Cons:

Ванная комната, плесень на шторами. Грязно. Освещение в номере слабое.

Standard pokoju niższy niż na zdjęciach, niedziałająca klimatyzacja, brudne ściany oraz ręcznik, słabe wyciszenie - około pólnocy słychać było krzyczących gości wracających z piątkowych lokalnych uroczystości z Taborstraße... słabe usytuowanie toalety - mało miejsca, widoczne kable elektryczne pod umywalką

Pros:

Hotel mal dobrú polohu, blízko k zastávke električky 2, ktorou ste prešli cez mesto a mohli ste vidieť veľa významných budov a námestí. Doprava je skvelá.

Cons:

Izba mala moderný, útulný a funkčný nábytok. Avšak žalúzia na okne bola nefunkčná aj záves odvesený z háčikov. Z toho dôvodu sme si nevedeli zatemniť okno v noci a okná smerovali do hlavnej osvetlenej ulice.

Největší výhodou hotelu je lokalita. Všude kousek, procházkou.

Cons:

Protivná recepční, snídaně nic moc, na pokoji prach, blikající žárovka v koupelně.

Decent hotel in nice safe neighborhood.
Pros:

The customer service of the young woman who checked us in was great. Location is a quick walk to bridge into old town area. Steps from many good restaurants and cafés nearby.

Cons:

The floor we were on was still being remodeled. The bathroom was dated and water pressure wasn’t strong. Bed was comfortable but pillow was not supportive. Refrigerator was not cold.

Días en familia en Viena con florum hotel
Pros:

Fuimos a pasar 5 noches en familia. La ubicación fantástica. El desayuno variado y rico. Las instalaciones muy limpias. Y Loles y Bea,las dos chicas de recepción,encantadoras. Siempre dispuestas a ayudar. La ventaja,que son españolas. Gracias por estos días.

Cons:

Éramos tres y para mí gusto la habitación un poco escasa. Era más bien para dos. Y por favor, dirección del hotel.....no pongan el sofa cama para dormir. Es algo incómodo.

Pros:

El personal que nos atendió, Beatriz principalmente, Loles y el resto son extremadamente amables y profesionales. Nos sentimos muy a gusto cada vez que necesitamos algo de Bea y esta nos indicaba que hacer. Experiencia buenísima. Felicidades.

Cons:

La habitación era algo pequeña pues fuimos con nuestro hijo y para tres personas se hizo algo estrecha. Por otro lado, echamos de menos tostadoras de pan en el comedor.

Cons:

Le Florum Hotel est indiqué comme étant un 4 étoiles, mais ça n’est visiblement pas le cas ! Aucune étoile affichée sur l’hôtel et la prestation n’est clairement pas au niveau attendu.
Aussi, le prix convenu lors de la réservation sur Booking n’a pas été respecté par l’hôtel au moment du paiement, le personnel a été très désagréable, sans pour autant résoudre le problème.

Güzel konum, temiz bir oda
Pros:

Genel olarak güzel ve temiz bir odaydı, fotoğrafta gösterildiği gibi. Konumu da gayet güzel, yürüyerek çoğu yere erişilebiliyor. Etrafta yemek için çok alternatif var.

Cons:

Küvet yerine duşakabin olabilir. Genel olarak böyle yerlerde küvet kullanımı pek güzel olmuyor. Ama genel deneyimi aşırı etkileyen bir durum da değil.
