Pros:

Hotel das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Personal sehr angenehm und freundlich.
Frühstück ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und sucht ihresgleichen.
Außenanlagen mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt.
Einfach wie man sich einen Urlaub am See wünscht.

Opravdová kvalita a luxus.
Pros:

Opravdu hotel na úrovni superior. Kvalita všeho je vidět i cítit. Recepce profesionální a velmi příjemná. Pokoj bez jakékoliv známky opotřebení. společné prostory hotelu plné luxusního a kvalitního vybavení. Stejně tak i molo a pláž hotelu. snídaně excelentní. Málokdy jsem plně spokojen, ale tady nebyl důvod k výhradám. Snad jen vyšší cena, ale plně odpovídá kvalitě. Určitě se sem vrátíme.

Our stay at Seehotel Europa was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Throughout the night, the guests in the room next to us were extremely loud, drinking, shouting, and we could clearly hear intimate activity through the walls. As a family with a young child, this made it impossible to sleep. There were also loud fireworks after 10 pm which only distressed our baby.

our son cried during the night due to loud noise and fireworks , & in the morning the same neighboring guests in 242 aggressively kicked our door many times to ask us to keep our son quiet who is 20 months old. This was intimidating and completely unacceptable. We immediately reported this to the reception, expecting the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of its guests. Unfortunately, the staff failed to handle the situation appropriately, and no effective action was taken. And said “ the guests must make some work calls so they are asking you to keep the baby quiet . And we didn’t see them kicking your door “ We felt completely unsupported and unsafe and we are now asking for cctv footage to take legal support about this situation.

To make matters worse, both of us experienced allergic reactions during the night while sleeping, which made our stay even more uncomfortable.

A hotel has a responsibility to provide a safe and peaceful environment for its guests. Instead, we spent the night feeling frightened, exhausted, and ignored. The way this serious incident was handled fell far below the standard we expected. We are deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.Never again !!!
