Das Personal sehr freundlich und nett. Die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral.

Cons:

Die Lage des Zimmers. Das Zimmer war gleich neben dem Stufen und es war eine Gruppe (Firmenausflug) im Haus, die nicht gerade leise waren weit über Mitternacht. Ich bin um halb eins aufgestanden und habe die Herrschaften vor dem Eingang gebeten leiser zu sein, die Antwort von dem total betrunkenen Herren war alles andere als nett. Unser Fazit : Zimmer in einer anderen Lage.

Pros:

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Es ist ein helles und familiäres Hotel, wo das Personal sehr freundlich ist. Nach dem Motto: Klein, aber fein! Das Fruehstuecksbuffet ist sehr gut und ausreichend! Am Abend kann man auch essen gehen. Schade, dass das Hotel keine Halbpension anbietet, die haetten wir sicher dazugenommen, weil sehr gut gekocht wird. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist sehr nett eingerichtet und erfuellt seinen Zweck. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, weil es mitten in Bad Mitterndorf liegt und man nicht weit zur Langlaufloipe hat und der Schibus unweit vom Hotel stehenbleibt. Man ist somit nicht an das Auto gebunden.

Cons:

Dass am Wochenende fuer den Abend zum Essen immer das Gleiche auf der Karte gestanden ist, dass es keinen Lift im Hotel gibt!
