Pros:

Complimenti allo staff, cordialissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, assolutamente torneremo per questa motivazione, ma anche perché la cucina era molto buona (soprattutto la colazione) e la struttura una favola

Doporučuji, ale ve srovnání s jinými hotely nemůžu dát nejvyšší hodnocení.
Pros:

Oceňuju ubytování, pokoj byl velmi komfortní a dobře zařízený. Velmi pěkná a prostorná je také dětská zóna. Vysoko hodnotím také čistotu. Také pláž u jezera je moc pěkná a oceňuju také možnost zde čerpat nápoje, dezerty a zmrzlinu z all inclusive.

Cons:

Obědy byly vyloženě slabé, prakticky žádný výběr. Dále byla opravdu špatná organizace obsluhy u večeře, na jídlo se dlouho čeká, nebo přinesli jídlo dospělým a ne dětem. Už jsem projela spoustu hotelů v Rakousku i v rámci hlavní sezóny nabízející all inclusive, mám bohaté porovnání a bohužel musím být kritická.
Bazén je spíše větší vířivka, ano výhled je fantastický, ale pokud se zde sejdou 2-3 rodiny s dětmi, je to peklo.

Alles war vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders an der Rezeption. Die Nassfeld-Karte war im Preis inbegriffen.

Cons:

Für einen Alleinreisenden passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht. Das Zimmer ist nicht klimatisiert, das Bett im Doppelzimmer ist nicht wirklich breit, es gibt nur ein sehr hartes Kissen, keine Wasserflasche, die günstigste Seife im Bad. Die Vorspeise bei der HP ist geschmacklich gut, aber eher winzig, das Salatbuffet um 19 Uhr kaum noch vorhanden und von keiner guten Qualität. Beim Frühstück wird nur ein Messer eingedeckt.
Nicht falsch verstehen, es ist alles da was man braucht, aber bei dem Preis erwarte ich mehr als nur das Notwendige.

Super kompetentes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr engagiert, hier packt der Chef selbst mit an und führt mit Vorbild. Breites Angebot für Kinder. Gutes Essen. Ein rundum sorglos Konzept für Familien die Entspannung suchen.

Cons:

Gefallen hat uns alles…nur zwei Kleinigkeiten die ggf. verbessert werden könnten: Insektenschutz vor einem Fenster im Zimmer wäre Wünschenswert um bei warmen Temperaturen entspannt lüften zu können.
Vegetarische Speisen am Buffet entsprechend kennzeichnen.

Nasfeld je nejhorší lyžařské středisko rakouska, ve kterem jsem byl. Lepší než Jeseníky. Horší než jiná rakouská střediska. Jedna kabina nahoru s obrovskýma frontama.
