Good hotel but need improvements for human services
Pros:

The manager was kind and helpful
Clean and new room
Good location
Good price

*Heating system didn't work and the room was a bit cold though.

No explanation about hotel facility:
I got two keys but they didn't explain how to use
so I couldn't enter the hotel in midnight.

No explanation how to check-in and check-out when the reception is closed:
When I checked-out in early morning, the reception was closed and I couldn't leave the keys.

I sent a message via Booking.com to the hotel about leaving keys for check-out but they didn't check it

[A trouble I got]
The reception forgot to return my ID card.
When I realized and called to the hotel, the staff said "Come here to take it." without apologize.
(My place is very far from their hotel and it's not good suggestion)

I got angry because it's completely their fault.
Later the manager somehow brought my ID card to me and apologized.

ID card is a very important document and they should be very careful.

The hotel facility itself is good so they need more improvement about human services.

Leggendo le valutazioni del Hotel pensavamo che vosse brutto ma era il contrario

Cons:

L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuto è che il parcheggio per le macchine era difficile da trovare e a pagamento e a alcune persone mettevano le multe anche dopo 2 minuti e ad alcune persone hanno pure portato le macchine via davanti a noi alle 4:40 in questa area non bisogna mai lasciare la macchina anche se il biglietto del parcheggio è scaduto 2 minuti fa.il Hotel non aveva il parcheggio privato ma il resto era davero bello
