A cosy, modern stay with excellent value and genuinely warm, welcoming service!
Pros:

A modern, comfortable room with everything I needed for a truly pleasant stay. The value for money is excellent, and the lovely window view overlooking the street added a cosy touch. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff—always welcoming, flexible, and ready with a smile. The service was truly top-notch. I would highly recommend it!

Good hotel but need improvements for human services

*Heating system didn't work and the room was a bit cold though.

No explanation about hotel facility:
I got two keys but they didn't explain how to use
so I couldn't enter the hotel in midnight.

No explanation how to check-in and check-out when the reception is closed:
When I checked-out in early morning, the reception was closed and I couldn't leave the keys.

I sent a message via Booking.com to the hotel about leaving keys for check-out but they didn't check it

[A trouble I got]
The reception forgot to return my ID card.
When I realized and called to the hotel, the staff said "Come here to take it." without apologize.
(My place is very far from their hotel and it's not good suggestion)

I got angry because it's completely their fault.
Later the manager somehow brought my ID card to me and apologized.

ID card is a very important document and they should be very careful.

The hotel facility itself is good so they need more improvement about human services.
