NIE MEHR WIEDER HOTEL ALPENWELT
Pros:

Die Skibushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Im Hotel wird Frühstück und Abendessen angeboten

Cons:

Wir hatten erst 2 Tage vor dem Aufenthalt, für 4 Nächte, gebucht. ...leider MIT HALBPENSION. Beim Einchecken sagte man uns, dass wir nach 2 Tagen ins 100m entfernte Schwesternhotel ALPENHOF zum Frühstück und Abendessen gehen müssen, da das Hotel dafür zu wenig ausgelastet wäre. Auch wurde unser Zimmer die letzten 2 Tage nicht mehr geputzt und der Aufzug war abgestellt. Da ich aufgrund eines Unfalls eine Knieverletzung hatte und mit Krücke unterwegs war konnte ich nur unter grösster Anstrengung die 2 Stockwerke hinuntergehen. Alles zusammen hatte mir meine Freude am Urlaub genommen und ich hatte mich auch dementsprechend aufgeregt und das der Chefrezeptionistin mitgeteilt. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, machte man mich darauf aufmerksam, dass so etwas immer passieren kann. Ich habe kein Verständnis, dass man Buchungen mit Halbpension annahm, wo man bereits gewusst hat, dass man das nicht erfüllen kann. Statt einer Entschuldigung nur schnippische Antworten..auch was die Sperrung des Liftes betraf. Laut Aussage des Reinigungspersonals hätte man diesen 3 Tage Urlaub gegeben und sie waren der Meinung, dass keine Gäste mehr im Hotel sind. Auch die Qualität des letzten Abendessen liess sehr zu wünschen übrig und man hatte eher das Gefühl, dass noch Reste verwertet wurden. Ich frage mich, wie so ein Hotel zu 3 Sternen kommt. Wir kommen seit 16 Jahren regelmäßig in die Flachau und hatten das Hotel nur aufgrund der Halppension gebucht. Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht und wenn wir gewusst hätten, dass wir auswärts essen müssen, hätten wir Abstand genommen. Für uns das 1.und Letztemal.

Schönes Hotel mit Top Preis/Leistung Verhältnis

Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück, Abends kleines aber feines Buffet..
Schöner Spa-Bereich, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal.

Cons:

W-Lan Verbindung war sehr schwach.

Ambient, osebje, hrana, čistoča... Same pohvale.

Cons:

Ko sva prišla je bila soba res hladna in se do jutra ni ogrela. Po celodnevnem smučanju človek potrebuje v sobi raje kako stopinjo več, kot manj, tudi zaradi sušenja oblačil, ogrevalna lestev se sploh ni ogrela.

Pobyt jsme si užili, rádi se vrátíme
Pros:

Skvělé snídaně i večeře, vše velmi chutné a dobrý výběr. Každý pokoj má předem rezervovaný stůl, takže nedochází k žádným tlačenicím. Saunový svět super. Poloha hned u zastávky skibusu. Parking na místě.

Rooms were clean. people serving breakfast and dinners, as well as cleaning lady very nice. We had warm room and warm water at all times, at very low outside temperatures.

Cons:

I was surprised that the main course at dinner was not served per individual. Maybe I misunderstood. All food was buffet. Young women at reception not very nice. Bar VERY expensive. 8.4 euros a glass of wine that I did not like at all. Our room facing the street was very noisy, although I specifically asked for a quiet room. At 4 am all kind of big trucks were going back and fourth. We come in Austria for ski holiday for more than 15 years and now we were a bit disappointed. We compare this stay with previous stays. Prices increased very much as well.
