Pros:

Die Zentrale Lage zur Altstadt und der Ausgangspunkt zum radweg. Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich mit verschiedensten Angeboten. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Alex was very helpful in so many ways on helping me with figuring out my best route via train to Munich and so much more I never felt so at home until I spoke with her.

Cons:

Everything was great. Great location to the main part of town. Seemed like everything was a 12 minute walk no matter where I wanted to go.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen!
Pros:

Alles Bestens! Sehr freundlicher Empfang und das Zimmer war bereits am Vormittag bezugsfertig! Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft vorhanden. Betten bequem, Zimmer sauber.

An unexpected treasure
Pros:

The whole experience was delightful; Alex is the 8th generation owner and treated us like family the whole time. She shared the rich history of the hotel as well as provided great advice for seeing Krems and surrounding sites. We are looking for an opportunity to visit there again to be able to enjoy staying in Alex's home.

Too expensive for whats on offer
Pros:

the lift.

Cons:

This is a 3 star pension cum hotel. Yes it is a historical house of sorts but we have stayed in 4 star versions in Austria for less than €100 incl. breakfast in better locations and facilities. I think this is overpriced at €149 per night given that the parking was not guaranteed and the breakfast was below average fare.

Ich war mit der Unterkunft rundum zufreiden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft.
Fast zentral in einer netten Gasse gelegen, ist das Hotel normalerweise (ohne städtische Baustelle) leicht erreichbar. Vom idyllischen Garten mit feinem Pool hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Krems und Göttweig.
