Pekný hotel s mimoriadne príjemným personálom. Žiadna otázka alebo prosba nezostala nezodpovedaná. Vďaka za upgrade na veľmi priestrannú a pohodlnú suitu :-). Olovrant od 13-17 veľkorysý.

Cons:

Kulinarika hotela bola síce OK, raňajky aj večere štandardne zvládnuté, pri hoteli tejto cenovej kategórie je však namieste očakávať trošku vyššie nastavenú latku čo sa zostavovania menu týka aj invenčnosti a profesionality jeho prípravy.

An der Unterkunft war alles super.

Cons:

Die Fruchtsäfte von der Automatiksäule
entsprachen nicht meinem Geschmack.

Heel fijne rustige plek in serfaus.
Pros:

Rustige locatie. Fijne kamers met harde vloer. Gemoderniseerd kleinschalig hotel. Fijne sauna. Goede harde bedden. Prima geregeld met skilocker bij bucher naast de lift

Wohlfühlatmosphäre an einem besonderen Platz!
Pros:

Sehr sonnige und ruhige Lage, geräumiges Zimmer, großes Bad, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Dekoration. Sehr originell fanden wir den „Glücksstein“ bei der Ankunft und die beiden Geschenke zum Abschied (Brot und Kaffeehäferl). Frühstück, Nachmittagsjause und Abendessen reichhaltig und richtig gut. Auch nach Allergien wird gleich bei der Ankunft gefragt und entsprechend Anderes serviert. Nicht zuletzt sehr freundliche und zugängliche Chefleute mit immer wieder persönlichem Kontakt zwischendurch. Da haben wir uns gleich heimelig und wohl gefühlt. Überhaupt war das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich, das fällt gleich einmal auf.

Vier Tage Entspannung, wohlfühlen, umsorgt werden und genießen - weit abseits vom Alltag

Beeindruckend herzliches, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Gepflegtes, modernes Interieur. Sehr vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Geschmackvolles und hübsch angerichtetes 4-Gang Abendmenü für die Augen und den Gaumen. Moderner und schöner Wellness-/ Saunabereich. Interessante Kleinigkeiten, wie ein Glücksstein am Anreisetag oder die Geschenketüte zum Abschied. Inkludiertes Skidepot direkt an der Talstation. Parkplatz vorm Hotel. Frische Bergluft über den Dächern vom autofreien Serfaus.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen!

Cons:

Sofern ich hier etwas hätte, hätte ich es mit der Unterkunft direkt besprochen. Dazu gab es aber keinen Anlass.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Personal im familiengeführten Hotel ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach einem grandiosen Skitag haben wir die Heimkehrerjause und einen Cocktail auf der Sonnenterrasse mit unschlagbar schönem Blick genossen. Entspannung pur in der Sauna und ein leckeres Abendessen haben den Tag abgerundet. Gerne wieder.

Nadherne prostredie. Majitelia mili, ustretovi ludia. Citili sme sa skutocne vynimocne, rodinne prostredie, fantaticka a s laskou pripravena strava. Osobitne si dovolim vyzdvihnut personal, tak milych, uzasnych a prijemnych ludi na vysoko profesionalnej urovni clovek malokedy stretne. Dakujeme za vynimocny a nadherny pobyt. Top, super gastvrij, volgend jaar weer!
