The staff was very nice, friendly & help ful with the tips. The hotel is cosy and pleasant, very domestic. The brekfast & dinner were delicious.

Pros:

Wir sind zum dritten Mal da gewesen und kommen sicher wieder! Gute Betten und Pölster, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück: alles, was man braucht. Abendessen super (Zwiebelrostbraten wie bei der Oma!). Tolle Lage an der Loipe und nur ein kurzer Weg zur 4BergeSchischaukel. Sehr nette Gastgeber! Danke für die schönen Tage!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Die Luft im Zimmer war sehr stickig, ich musste nachts einige Male kurz durchlüften. Die Frühstücksbrötchen waren verbesserungsbedürftig.

Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

2 Tage vor der Anreise bekamen wir bescheid das es an dem Anreisetag kein Abendessen gibt, da das Hotel Ruhetag hat. Wäre schön gewesen wenn soetwas bei der buchung gesagt worden wär. Nach 850 km Anreise konnten wir uns dann noch ein Restaurant suchen. Beim 3 Restaurant von einer Liste die wir bekommen haben hat es dann geklappt.

A reasonable accommodation in a great mountain area
Pros:

It is a nice family hotel in a marvelous mountain area near to Schladming. They run also a restaurant. We had half board rate. The room was good and comfortable. The area is very quiet. They found me an internal place where to put my e-bike

Cons:

One strange thing for us (also if we found later in another hotel) is that they do weekly rest where they shut down the restaurant and mostly also the hotel. They gave us the breakfast but not the dinner that was refunded; to know in advance could be preferable, Breakfast is normal but do not expect too much. In my opinion the cost is slightly excessive if compared with the overall service
