Schön und komfortabel
Pros:

Sehr schön und gemütlich, tolles Café, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel verfügt zwar über eine Parkgarage, ist aber trotzdem nicht sehr gut geeignet für die Anreise mit dem Auto. Für die Garage muss man den Schlüssel erst an der Rezeption abholen, aber das Haus liegt an eine Straße mit begrenzten Parkmöglichkeiten… man kann vom Hotel kaum stehen bleiben. Es befindet sich aber eine öffentliche Parkgarage auf der andern Inn Seite.

Die Faktorei punktet für mich v.a.aufgrund des puristischen und zugleich heimeligen Flairs mit Einrichtung im Nordic Style. Mit der nachhaltigen Ausrichtung und der spürbar hohen Qualität der Möbel, Lebensmittel und dem durchwegs freundlichen und motivierten Personal wird der Aufenthalt in diesem geschichtsträchtigen Haus zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher samt Tasse und ein paar Teebeutelchen im Zimmer hätte mir noch sehr gefallen...

A very pleasant stay with thoughtful details
Pros:

A very enjoyable stay. The in-room speaker was a great and original surprise, with excellent sound quality. Nice breakfast, and the honesty bar works well—good wines and easy to use.

Cons:

Both the location and the room were great, and Anja was a lovely host! My only negative feedback is that the air conditioner in our room was not working. Our attic room looked out on to a busy street and we had to keep the windows closed at night to lock out the noise. The cafe below makes amazing coffee!

Fun small hotel for a short stay in Innsbruck
Pros:

Staff was incredibly friendly

Cons:

It was not a problem for us and actually quite cute, but the bed is positioned in a video, so you have to climb the stairs. It might be good to know and check if you have a problem climbing stairs.

Good hotel close to Old Town
Pros:

CLean and modern hotel in excellent location. STaff were friendly and helpful.

DUe to not having an external window the room was very hot even with the fan on
