Great for families
Pros:

A comfy bed, clean room and a very quiet location, yet close to all amenities. Very beautiful part of Austria. Great for families. We really loved the swimming pool and the kids corners. Restaurant food was good enough. Easy to find, free parking, free pass for all cable lifts (only in the summer)

Cons:

Massage service was only available 3 days in the week we were there (mid of July) and no one told me upfront. The all inclusive formula actually includes a breakfast buffet, a small lunch bag (a sandwich and some fruit to go), and a dinner buffet. We were told that the only available dinner shift was from 5:30 to 7:00. No other choice. The bar was closed in the week we were there, and the drinks at the bistro were only served from noon to nine pm. In our room the toilet and the shower are very tiny.

Eine tolle Zeit mit unseren Kindern mit gutem Essen in einem tollen Hotel.

Kinderfreundlich, sauber, gutes Essen

Cons:

Als einzigen Punkt ist vielleicht das Klappbett zu nennen, welches nicht ganz so bequem war :D

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Personal sehr nett, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Abendessen, naja, mehr auf deutsche Touristen ausgelegt.

Pros:

Wszystkie posiłki Super! Smaczne i urozmaicone. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Uprzejmość ,uśmiech i serdeczność na każdym kroku. Lokalizacja super.

Ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Familienurlaub!
Pros:

Die absolute Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals!
Im und um das Hotel war alles sehr sauber, übersichtlich und ordentlich. So ist es sehr angenehm für alle Gäste! Auch im Umland ist alles strukturiert und für Urlauber konzipiert.

Cons:

Es gibt NICHTS zu bemängeln!

AI könnte bis 22h gehen, wenn man den 2. Slot zum Essengehen gewählt hat hat muss man für die Getränke bezahlen, ein kostenloser absacker ist dann nicht mehr möglich.
