Ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Familienurlaub!

Die absolute Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals!
Im und um das Hotel war alles sehr sauber, übersichtlich und ordentlich. So ist es sehr angenehm für alle Gäste! Auch im Umland ist alles strukturiert und für Urlauber konzipiert.

Es gibt NICHTS zu bemängeln!

Abendessen war die ersten drei Tage nicht gut ab Mittwoch haben die den Koch gewechselt dann war es wirklich gut.
Badezimmer Halterung des Duschkopfes war sehr wacklig

AI könnte bis 22h gehen, wenn man den 2. Slot zum Essengehen gewählt hat hat muss man für die Getränke bezahlen, ein kostenloser absacker ist dann nicht mehr möglich.

Sehr gutes All inklusive Hotel
Pros:

Mit der Hochkönigcard konnte man sämtliche Lifte und den Wanderbus kostenlos nutzen. Das ist für manche Wanderungen sehr vorteilhaft.
Wir hatten ein Appartement gebucht, das war sehr geräumig. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich.
Bei All inklusive waren auch die Getränke bis 21:00 Uhr dabei. Danach konnte man auf das Zimmer schreiben lassen. Hier bitte aufpassen! Leider haben andere Gäste unsere Zimmernummer angegeben. Es wurde zwar kulant geregelt, aber mein Vorschlag wäre, dass sich das Barpersonal die Zimmernummer zeigen lässt.

Cons:

Es ist ein Familienhotel und dementsprechend etwas lauter. Außerdem war relativ früh am Morgen Anlieferung und man wurde zeitig geweckt.
