Pros:

Das Frühstück war super gut und sehr umfangreich und das 5-Gang Menü am Abend hat alles übertroffen. Tolle Menüzusammenstellung und so schön angerichtet, dass es fast schade war, die Gerichte zu essen.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable room. The whole experience was smooth and relaxing, and the hotel is clearly very well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again.

2,5 Tage haben mehr bewirkt als oft eine ganze Urlaubswoche!
Pros:

Einfach alles. Unsere Töchter (14 und 17 Jahre alt) waren begeistert und meiner Frau und mir hat es sowieso sehr gut gefallen. Vom herzlichen Empfang der Besitzer über ein sehr kompetentes und freundliches Personal war alles dabei. Essen, Zimmer, Schwimmbad, Massage, Saunalandschaft und die Nähe zur Schipiste waren perfekt.

O experiență reușită!
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut tot. Patul mare confortabil, prosoape curate in camera și la piscina, curățenie peste tot și curățenie în camera în fiecare zi, camera pt echipamentul de schi foarte buna, bufetul apres ski de la ora 15 a fost o surpriză plăcută, iar cina in sine este o experiență, vreo 4 feluri de mâncare prestabilite, doar pt supă și fel principal ai de ales dintre 2-3 variante, toate gustoase, prezentate frumos și servite direct la masă, pt copii exista un fel principal separat dacă nu au ce alege din meniul de adulți. Băuturile se comanda și se plătesc separat.Tot personalul amabil și atent. Pârtia din Radstadt este la 5 minute de mers pe jos sau o statie cu autobuzul care oprește chiar în fața hotelului.

Cons:

Inițial piscina și SPA-ul mi s-au părut mici ,dar am fost in fiecare zi după schi și niciodată nu a fost prea aglomerat,chiar daca hotelul era plin, tot timpul am avut loc in jacuzzi și sauna.

Polecamy! Przytulny hotel, prowadzony z sercem.
Pros:

Przytulny, rodzinny hotel prowadzony z dbałością i sercem osobiście przez właścicieli. Mimo, że hotel ma już kilkadziesiąt lat i design mebli odbiega już trochę od najnowszych trendów, to wszystko utrzymane jest w dobrym stanie i czystości. Obiekt oferuje niewielki basen (idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi) i strefę saun (dla dorosłych). Jest stół do ping-ponga i bilard. W budynku jest winda, narciarnia, a także bezpłatny parking do dyspozycji gości.
W cenie mieliśmy śniadania i obiadokolację, a także drobną przekąskę po nartach w postaci zupy i ciast do wyboru. Posiłki bardzo smaczne - codziennie inne menu i osobne dania dla dzieci.
Obsługa przemiła i pomocna. Widać, że zależy wszystkim aby pobyt był udany.
Lokalizacja też jest ok. Jest to region gdzie do stoków dojeżdża się raczej samochodem, bo trasy w poszczególnych miasteczkach nie są niestety połączone ze sobą. Niemniej jednak do tras w Radstadt mieliśmy blisko. Wystarczyło podjechać 500 metrów autem pod wyciąg (parking bezpłatny), lub przejść pieszo przez pole.

Cons:

Kilka drobnych uwag, które nie wpływają na ocenę pobytu, ale można by poprawić:
- śniadanie było trochę za mało urozmaicone jak na hotel 4-gwiazdkowy: brakowało nam m.in. zielonej sałaty, pomidorów w plasterkach, twarożku wiejskiego. Tylko jedno ciasto na deser typu biszkopt. Zamiast filiżanek do herbaty, wolelibyśmy kubki (więcej się mieści). Jajecznica stanowczo do poprawy. Była sucha, przesmażona i sina. Robiliśmy sobie więc codziennie jajka na miękko. Byłoby super, gdyby na śniadania były podawane bagietki, które leżą przy serach w czasie obiadokolacji. Były pyszne i chrupiące. Brakowało nam ich do śniadania.
- serwis sprzątający - ogólnie było wszędzie czysto, ale widać, że pokój sprząta codziennie ktoś inny. Panie przez cały pobyt nie sprzątały brudnych szklanek po sokach, które dzieci przyniosły po śniadaniu do pokoju. Kilka dni z rzędu zostawiały nam mniej ręczników niż było nas osób. Mimo wywieszonej karteczki "Nie przeszkadzać", serwis sprzątający i tak wszedł do pokoju i go ogarnął, a zależało nam właśnie, aby nie wchodził. Przydałoby się drobne szkolenie ;)
- kolacja sylwestrowa - była bardzo smaczna, ale tak rozciągnięta w czasie, że danie główne dostaliśmy dopiero o 21.00 (kolacja zaczęła się o 18.30). Byliśmy strasznie głodni do tego czasu - szczególnie dzieci :( Doceniamy chęć, aby ten wieczór był wyjątkowy, ale wolelibyśmy jednak tradycyjną formę kolacji jaka miała miejsce na co dzień. Poza tym nie dostaliśmy informacji przed przyjazdem o tym, że będzie muzyka na żywo i będzie dość elegancko. Nie byliśmy więc na to przygotowania, a szkoda.
