El hotel está bien pero iria a desayunar a otro sitio.
Pros:

Habitación muy amplias y limpia. Camas comodas.

Cons:

El desayuno muy caro, muy poca variedad y faltando aun una hora de desayuno a penas quedaba nada y no reponían, se lo comentamos a la única camarera que había y nos dijo que mañana habría más desayuno que hoy ya no sacarían nada más, solo pudimos desayunar de cafe con leche, con un poco de pan, algunos embutidos y queso.
Ya no quedaba revuelto, baicon, fruta, no había galletas, ni tarta dulces…

Wegen Zeitumstellung war die Frühstückszeit eigentlich schon zu Ende, wir durften aber dennoch in Ruhe genießen und wurden freundlichst bedient. Danke!

Ab Nachmittags gab es keine Rezeption mehr. Wollten die Fahrradboxen verwenden und haben dazu auch telefonisch nicht wirklich Infos bekommen.

Suite für vier Personen gebucht nur für 2 große Handtücher und Bademäntel (kein Personal da, um etwas zu verlangen)

The room is small. The shower has a sloping roof, which makes it even more cramped. There were no vegetables at breakfast, and the fruit desserts included three pieces of melon. After we asked, they brought us a piece of cake and a couple of tomatoes.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut und auch die Lage hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Allerdings entsprach die Möblierung des ersten Zimmers nicht dem sonstigen Standard. Im Kasten war es sehr staubig - daher baten wir um ein anderes Zimmer. Es war zum Glück problemlos möglich.
Mit dem Housekeeping waren andere Gäste auch nicht zufrieden . Wir würden das Hotel trotzdem wieder wählen.

Nur Probleme:
Man checkt nur über ein Terminal ein. Wenn dieses funktioniert heißt es mal anrufen. Nach einigem hin und her bekamen wir zwar die Zimmerkarte, aber das Zimmer war noch voller Bierflaschen etc. vom vorherigen Gast.
Nochmal anrufen…
Inzwischen haben wir erstes / echtes Personal getroffen, welches dann das Zimmer geputzt hat. Inzwischen war es bereits 15:30, also weit nach der angegeben Zeit für den Check-in.

Weitere zwei Gäste erschienen und hatten die selben Probleme. Noch schlimmer, deren Buchung wurde im ersten Schritt nicht einmal gefunden.

Das Zimmer war ok, klein, aber ich hatte für den Preis auch nicht mehr erwartet.

Am Morgen war die Rezeption besetzt, jedoch selbst der checkout verlief nicht ohne Mühseligkeiten. Mit unserer Zimmernummer war wohl ein anderer Gast verknüpft und man wusste nicht wer wir sind.

Alles in allem super mühsam und für alle Beteiligten ziemlich aufwändig….
