Kuchen und Sekt beim Einchecken zur freien Entnahme.

Cons:

Heutzutage Check -In per online Terminal ( hatten viele Kunden das Problem dass er nicht funktioniert hat) und auf der anderen Seite Getränkeautomat mit Münzen!?!? Man versteht es nicht

Sehr gutes Hotel für Geschäftsreisende
Pros:

Da das Hotel etwas abseits liegt, ist es dort eher ruhig, kaum Verkehr, daher auch ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Der Fitnessraum und der Saunabereich waren sauber und großzügig, alles da was man sich wünscht! Den ganzen Tag über steht den Gästen Kaffee, Tee und Orangensaft zur freien Entnahme zur Verfügung!
Am Zimmer warten schon Bademantel und Badetücher für den Wellnessbereich, gibt es so auch nicht überall.

Cons:

Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Traunseeblick, man sieht den See nicht.

Überteuertes Hotel mit wenig Interesse für Details.
Cons:

Im Mülleimer war Müll vom Vorgast. Die Dusche ist so gebaut, dass das Wasser in das Badezimmer läuft. Deswegen ist die Tür schon aufgequollen und sie lässt sich nicht mehr vollständig schließen. Die Klobrille war locker. Die Semmeln beim Frühstück waren hart.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet mit Vollholzmöbeln und schönem Holzboden, die Betten sind bequem.
Es gibt ausreichende und kostenfreie Parkplätze.
Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir in versperrbaren Fahrradboxen mit Lademöglichkeit unterbringen.
Eine kleine Reparatur im Badezimmer wurde sofort erledigt.

Cons:

Es gibt trotz ausreichender Zimmergröße weder ausreichend Stauraum (kein einziges geschlossenes Fach/Lade/Kasten - nur kleine offene Fächer) noch einen Safe.
Leider lag in den Fächern und auf dem WC noch Müll vom vorherigen Hotelgast und der Holzboden im Bad war voller klebriger Flecken. Da die Rezeption bei unserer Anreise am Nachmittag nicht besetzt war, habe ich selbst aufgewaschen! Am nächsten Tag gab es leider keine Zimmerreinigung, obwohl wir das „Bitte Zimmer aufräumen“- Schild ab 9 h an der Tür hängen hatten (und erst am Abend zurück gekommen sind). An den darauffolgenden Tagen wurde das Zimmer aber gründlich geputzt. Die Hand- und Badetücher sind teilweise sehr ausgefranst und sollten erneuert werden.
Auch im Außenbereich hat uns das wuchernde Unkraut und das herumliegende Laub gestört.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and hygiene at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room was in a critical condition—the wardrobes and floors were full of dust, and the bathroom was unhygienic, with a durty toilet and toilet brush full of paper.

Despite bringing this to the staff's attention and requesting a thorough cleaning for the safety of our small children, no meaningful action was taken. Our breakfast experience was equally disappointing; the food selection was very limited, spoiled milk was served on several occasions, and the baby high chairs provided were consistently dirty. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Wasser läuft von der Dusche ins Badezimmer auf den Boden … alles wird nass am Boden. Dachschräge macht ein gerades stehen vor dem Waschbecken nicht möglich wenn man 190cm groß ist.
