Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen
Pros:

Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer nähe zu der Bushaltestelle , Frühstück OK, unmittelbar neben dem Hotel ein nette Gaststätte, Personal freudlich, Parkgarage vorhanden , 8 Euro pro Tag

Cons:

einen Tag wurde das Zimmer leider nicht gereinigt, Exertner Bus mit 50 Leuten die das Frühstücksbuffet gestürmt haben.
Einfach der Wahnsinn, Personal total überfordert, 10 Minuten beim einzigen Kaffeeautomat anstellen usw. , Brot ausgegangen . Hat das Hotel sicher nicht nötig.

Wir waren eigentlich rundum zufrieden.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Personal sehr freundlich.

Super Busverbindung nach Bregenz.
Abendessen im Restaurant daneben auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Waren mit Allem sehr zufrieden.
Sollten wir wieder die Festspiele im Jahr 2028 besuchen, kämen wir wieder zu Ihnen.

Das Haus selbst ist schön, aber wir fanden alles etwas "distanziert"

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut,
Personal an der Rezeption, Frühstück und Roomservice sehr freundlich

Cons:

Der Barkeeper war nicht sehr flexibel. Als ca 6- 8 Leute von einer Veranstaltung um 22.35 Uhr ankamen, meinte er es gibt nichts mehr an der Bar, weil er alleine ist und um 23 Uhr Feierabend hat. Da der Verkaufsautomat im Flur defekt war bekamen wir dann noch ein Flaschenbier... war dann ok... aber die Info war, dass die Bar bis 23 Uhr offen hat...was auch nötig ist, denn das Hotel liegt nicht gerade zentral von anderen Lokalitäten die offen sind.
Eine Gästecard bekamen wir nicht, was ja bestimmt üblich ist. Nur der Hinweis, dass man eine Mail bekam, das war leider nicht so, aber das könnte man beim Einchecken klären.

Нормальный современный отель с парковкой. Достаточно красивый дизайн , удобная ванная комната.

Cons:

Вниманию владельцев собак. После бронирования я написал что будем с нашей собакой , позвонил сотрудник с рецепции и сообщил что необходимо сделать апгрейд номера за 40 евро так как тот номер что мы забронировали нельзя с собакой. Это какой то сюр. Пришлось потратить кучу времени на переговоры с букинг ком ( спасибо за быструю реакцию и хорошее общение) на то чтоб решить эту проблему которую придумал отель. Цена 200 евро за ночь за стандартный номер в деревне это перебор и не хотелось из принципа никакого апгрейда. В номере нет холодильника, шапочки для душа и это отель 4 звезды. При заезде все таки дали стандартный номер который первоначально бронировал и без доплаты но такое отношение удивляет. Завтрак на 3 .
