Unhygienic rooms, dirty bedding and terrible complaint handling – never again!
Pros:

The only positive aspect was that I was eventually moved to another room after complaining about the unacceptable hygiene conditions. Unfortunately, this did not make up for the overall experience.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing for €119 per night! The bathroom floor was dirty, and I later discovered foreign hairs and what appeared to be bloodstains on the bedding. This made me seriously question whether the sheets had even been changed.

After complaining, I was moved to another room, but I had already lost confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. Since I had to leave at 4:40 AM, the late-night room change also cost me valuable sleep.

Staff promised to discuss compensation with management but never followed up. Completely unacceptable hygiene and poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Es war ein angrenzender Club, in dem bis zum nächsten Morgen Musik gespielt wurde und Menschen auf der Straße, die herumschrieen.

Very good property very nice room only issue it said breakfast when I booked it but there was no breakfast available at all they advise you to go to the cafe next door which was very expensive
