Pros:

Very nice hotel, rooms, breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

It is on a bit of a busy road so it can be noisy if you leave windows open. Close to town though and nothing they can do about.

Fantastic, would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, who were super helpful. Great location, brilliant facilities for Mountain biking and super spa! Just 5 min walk outside the town as well, perfect for lifts, bars and bike rentals.

Great place!
Pros:

We only stayed for few nights, but experience was absolutely unforgettable. We arrived late at night, and hotel reception gave us very detailed and easy instructions for seamless check in. Super nice, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. Location is superb, Joker card gives you access to all public transportation, lifts and pool access.
The spa area was the best I have seen in the whole region. Everything was designed with every little in mind, and you can see that the owner perfectly knows what he is doing. Special thanks to the receptionist to Radostina, who set up the spa at our request each time, and helped throughout the whole stay. Overall very positive and nice experience. Would definitely come back!

Pros:

The location, the facilities, breakfast and bike room were all great and made the stay easy and pleasant.
The personnel at the reception was very very helpful and friendly.
We actually liked the place so much that we ended up extending our stay 😁

Rent, pent og veldig tilrettelagt for syklister og fjellturister. Svært hyggelig personale og god frukost.

Sehr gutes Hotel für den kurzen Aufenthalt für Bike Urlaub.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Sehr großes und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Frühstück klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Lage des Hotels nicht direkt im Zentrum aber fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Man konnte direkt vor dem Hotel parken und auch sein Bike sauber machen. Allerdings sind die Parkplätze durch eine Anhöhe für den ungeübten Fahrer schwierig.

Cons:

Das Bad ist zweigeteilt in Toilette und Dusche. Das ist grundsätzlich gut. Jedoch geht die Tür zur Toilette in die Falsche Richtung auf, was sehr nervig war. Und vor allem ist der Lichtschalter zur Dusche außerhalb und dann noch auf der falschen Türseite angebracht. So mußte man immer erst die Tür zur Dusche wieder schließen, um an den Lichtschalter zu gelangen, wenn man ihn beim eintreten in den Duschbereich nicht angemacht hatte. Da er auch auf der falschen Seite war, passierte das leider sehr oft und war mega nervig.
Der Fahrradkeller war leider immer für alle offen zugänglich, so dass man sein Fahrrad anschließen mußte. Auch stand sehr viel anderes rum.

Als je gewend bent om met de ramen (schuifpui) open te slapen dan is het voorbij rijdende verkeer best rumoerig.
