Important information:

When arriving on Mondays, please park your car in the public garage of Bad Hall. Exit the elevator to the right, and after 328 feet, you arrive at the hotel.

Pets are allowed upon request for a surcharge of EUR 20.00, up to 25 kg or EUR 35.00, above 25 kg per pet per night.

Please note that the restaurant and the reception are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Breakfast is served on Monday from 07:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Aufenthalt ist nicht zu empfehlen!
Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel wirkt zwar eher etwas gehoben und man denkt hier ist man gut aufgehoben aber letztendlich ist es einfach nur teuer. Weiters fehlte die Gastfreundlichkeit. Personal war nicht freundlich, nicht zuvorkommend und wirkte alles andere als motiviert. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Duschkopf war komplett verkalkt, WC-Brille hatte einen Riss. Die Toilette war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber (Spritzer vom Vorgänger waren zu sehen). Beim Lüftungsabzug im Bad war ein riesige Staubkugel zu sehen. Generell war es sehr staubig. Die Willkommensmappe auf dem Tisch lag dort schon eine gefühlte Ewigkeit (total abgegriffen, hatte Flecken). Das Zimmer befand sich über der Bar. Während den Öffnungszeiten hörte man die Musik im Zimmer. Zum Frühstück: bei den Öffnungszeiten vom Restaurant und der Bar gibt es ein sehr kleines Standard Buffet. Ansonsten erhält man ein vorgerichteten Frühstücksteller - serviert von der Reinigungskraft. Das Hotel ist meines Erachtens überteuert und ein Aufenthalt ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Absolut tolles Hotel für eine Übernachtung mit extrem guten Restaurant auf Hauptniveau.
Pros:

Das Restaurant ist einfach unglaublich und unabhängig von der Übernachtung jederzeit einen Besuch wert.

Cons:

Das Thema ist ein wenig abgewohnt, aber dennoch sauber und bequem.
