Gelungene Winterferien mit Freunden
Pros:

Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal.
Lage war für unseren Winterurlaub gut. Die Skifahrer konnten regelmäßig per Bus zum Hochzeiger/:zum Gletscher fahren. Winterwanderwege dort und am Piller genutzt.
Tee, Quellwasser im Saunabereich ( im Restaurant gab es das Quellwasser 24Std zum Zapfen).

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten, diese wurden vor Ort bewertet.
Ansonsten fand ich Preis-Leistung stimmig.

Es war ein wirklich schöne und erholsame Auszeit mit Skifahren und Wellness. Komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer schön, sauber, geräumig, Kleiderbügel ausreichend vorhanden, Betten und Matratzen waren in Ordnung, der Pool ausreichend zum Schwimmen, Saunabereich sehr schön mit großen Bade-Handtüchern, Tee stand immer bereit. Frühstück, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Abendessen sehr schmackhaft mit 4 Gängen. Mittagsuppe sehr angenehm etwas warmes nach dem Skifahren zu Essen, Nachmittagsjause super, schön, dass es dazu auch Getränke gab.
Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Bademäntel sollten im Preis inkludiert sein, das gehört zu der Saunaausstattung dazu.
Wäre schön, wenn es zur Mittagsuppe und der Nachmittagsjause mit Kuchen auch Kaffee gratis wäre.

Sehr chaotisch- aufgebautes Frühstück (auch kaum aufgefüllt), keine Klima in den Zimmern, Zimmer optisch& von der Austtattung her keine 4 Sterne wert!
