Perfekte Lage

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant ist absolut unterdurchschnittlich im Vergleich zu vielen anderen 4 Sterne Hotels. Das Frühstück ist noch ok aber das Abendessen ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar maar wel in een kamer zonder dakramen
Pros:

Er wordt een goed ontbijt geserveerd. Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen; dicht bij gondelbaan, winkels en horeca.
Het hotel is mooi ingericht. Onze kamer en badkamer waren groot met balkon aan de voorzijde. Receptie ok en behulpzaam bedienend personeel mag wat vriendelijker zijn. Parkeergarage met ingang op 60 mtr. vanaf het hotel

Cons:

Onze ruime slaapkamer lag op de bovenste verdieping, dus direct onder het dak waar een drietal dakramen in zitten die
niet geblindeerd zijn, waardoor we al om half zeven wakker werden en dat is niet prettig

Cons:

Het eten. Dagelijks pizza is voor mij geen 4 sterren. Heel veel pasta, lasagne, gnocci, pasta pesto, spaghetti, polenka, ...
Basis maar echt niets meer.

Pros:

Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, modern szálloda, kiváló helyen, kettő sí felvonó a közelben kb. 50 méterre. Az ételek finomak.

Cons:

A konyha szervezettsége nem megfelelő. A főételre majdnem minden esetben sokat kellett várni. A turnus váltás reggelén a reggelire 1 órával korábban 6.30 órakor volt lehetőség, viszont a kínálat a *** sem érte el. Úgy tűnt a konyha szervezés csak a 7.30 órás reggelire készült fel.

Super Lage, toller Pool!
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, toller außen Pool der im Winter auch beheizt und nutzbar ist.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden wie zB: wir hatten unser Gepäck bei der Rezeption abgegeben, damit es ins Zimmer gebracht wird sobald das Zimmer fertig ist, leider stand das 17:00 Uhr noch in der Lobby, wir haben es dann selber ins Zimmer gebracht.
Die Spa-Tasche könnte eigentlich schon im Zimmer verfügbar sein, wir mussten diese selber bei der Rezeption abholen (nach dem man sich umgezogen hatten). Eine Rufnummer für die Rezeption hatte uns leider auch gefehlt.
