We will definitely go back. A fantastic place to stay, we loved everything about it!
Pros:

An excellent neighborhood, very close to the lifts with a nice walk on a mostly pedestrian pathway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we felt like home. Extremely clean! A beautiful mountain view from the room.

Cons:

The room was slightly on a cool side. It didn't bother us much as coming from the slopes we headed to the sauna anyway and the windows were towards the sun and it also heated up the room quickly which was probably the reason why the heating was not fully on.

uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für einen perfekten Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die gute Ausstattung: Die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird.

Auch die Sauberkeit war absolut vorbildlich. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels waren jederzeit makellos gepflegt, was für eine angenehmen und entspannten Atmosphäre sorgte.

Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist super, die Produkte sind frisch und von hoher Qualität. Egal ob herzhaft oder süß – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas. Der perfekte Start in den Tag!

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das Personal: Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut.

Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch die hervorragende Lage des Hotels. Das Skigebiet Penken, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht.

Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt ohne jegliche Kritikpunkte – ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Pros:

Breakfast was very good with enough options. The hotel staff is exceptional. Pizza available in the evening, in case you don't feel like going out for dinner. Enough parking spaces.

Cons:

Location is not ideal, since you have to walk about 600 meters to the Penkenbahn lift. After a long day of skiing, that's not very pleasant.

Extremely enjoyable
Pros:

This is a family run hotel which was clean, modern inside and the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Close to the penkenbahn cable cars and the town centre. Great facilities for skiing/snowboarding

Cons:

Exceptional stay
Pros:

I stayed here with 5 friends for a ski trip in late January. From the beginning to the end it was a wonderful stay! The hotel is immaculately clean with very homely decor and the rooms
were spotless.

The owner Nina is incredibly helpful, she will assist with any of your needs to a high standard. The breakfast offering was great with enough to keep you sustained for a morning of skiing

The location is great also, only a 5 minute walk to the gondola and the hotel is a very pretty part of the village

I highly recommend a stay here!

Leuk en comfortabel familiehotel. We komen zeker terug 👌
Pros:

Mooie comfortabele kamers, met balkon. Vriendelijke ontvangst, lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Wandelafstand tot de liften is redelijk ver met skibotten, maar we hebben dan boven aan de lift een locker gehuurd, en is die 10 minuten stappen wel fijn.

The hotel is modern and have cozy atmosphere and polite staff, also good location

Cons:

Upon our arrival we struggle to find parking place near hotel because everything was full, even it is advartised that we have guarantee parking spot... When we entered the room first day it was a way to cold in the room around 18C and walls are paper thin, so we could hear snooring all night from someone in the room above us
