Le style traditionnel autrichien et le très bon accueil

After a long and tiring day of skiing, the room upgrade was a very pleasant surprise and truly appreciated. Everything was perfectly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. The hotel offers easy access and free parking, which made my stay even more convenient. This hotel is in a particularly good location for anyone planning to visit the Swarovski Crystal Worlds, offering cozy rooms, good food, and great value for money.
The hotel is well decorated, with a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere, especially in the dining areas for dinner and breakfast. The restaurant food was delicious, with reasonably priced dishes and a menu that offers just the right variety – there is something for everyone.
Breakfast was classic and sufficient for all tastes, meeting the standard one would expect from a good hotel. Nothing overly fancy, but everything you need to start the day. One small and perhaps unusual detail worth mentioning: the fresh cucumbers at breakfast were incredibly tasty — honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. I don’t usually eat cucumbers at breakfast, but they really surprised me in the best way.
Overall, a very nice and enjoyable hotel, and a place I would happily return to.
The only downside of my stay was that the housekeeping staff entered the room several times starting from around 8 a.m., even though check-out is at 11 a.m. and breakfast is served until 10 a.m. This created unnecessary stress and made it difficult to get proper rest after a long day of skiing.
I understand that the staff may have been trying to clean all rooms as early as possible, but it gave the impression that guests are expected to leave as quickly as possible. When a room is paid for until a certain time, guests should be allowed to rest peacefully, which is one of the main reasons for staying at a hotel.
Also the room was quite cold when I arrived, and the heating was switched off, which made it a bit uncomfortable. I was only able to warm it up later in the night, when it was no longer a big issue. It would be nice if the hotel could pre-heat rooms in winter before guests arrive, so they feel cozy and comfortable right from the start.
Additionally, the breakfast bread rolls and pastries were slightly stale and could have been fresher. The overall selection of bread and pastries was rather limited and not particularly varied.
Although shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathroom, the scent was quite unpleasant and very herbal. It might be worth considering a more neutral or pleasant fragrance, especially since these amenities are offered to guests.
Lastly, the hotel staff overall felt a bit reserved and lacked the warmth that would make guests feel truly welcome.
Despite all this, I still enjoyed my stay overall and found the hotel pleasant.

We stopped here in Weer while biking on the Inn River Bike Trail. The staff were all wonderful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. They had a dedicated secure place to store our bikes. It was just a short walk to a nice grocery store as well. We had a wonderful view of the Inn River Valley from our balcony.
Alles war super. Schönes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz.
