Alles wunderbar!
Pros:

Sie ist schön gelegen, es ist alles total niedlich eingerichtet und das Angebot war super. Das Personal überaus freundlich und nett, das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Die Sauna ist ebenfalls super gewesen. Wir hatten noch eins der älteren Zimmer, was aber total in Ordnung war.

Cons:

Und hat eigentlich alles gefallen. Wenn man jetzt etwas „negatives“ sagen möchte, dann höchstens, dass wir eins der älteren Zimmer hatten und die Dusche etwas klein war, aber absolut in Ordnung alles. Meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau

Pros:

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und auch die Auswahl des Abendessen ist sehr gut und reichhaltig.
Es gibt einen schönen Wellnessbereich und tolle Massageangebote. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und ruhig.

Es hätte mehr Möglichkeiten an Ruheplätzen im Wellness Bereich geben können

Zwei schlaflose Nächte
Pros:

Für unseren Sohn war es ein wirklich schönes Erlebnis, dass er Ponyreiten konnte und das nicht nur in der Koppel, sondern wir Erwachsenen duften das Pony durch die Gegend führen. Auch das Schwimmbad war optimal für uns. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Wenn über Booking gebucht wird, wird man schlechter behandelt (wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt an der Straße, das den Namen Suite nicht verdient hat, der Balkon ist nicht nutzbar, da einem hier die LKW´s im Sekundentakt fast über die Fuße fahren- auf Anfrage ob wir wechseln könnten hieß es nein, da wir über Booking gebucht hatten). In der 2. Nachten fand eine Hochzeit statt, über die wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden. Da wir das Zimmer genau über dem Festsaal hatten war an Schlaf nicht zu denken, da die Musik unerträglich laut war. Wir hatten am nächsten Tag eine mehrstündige Abfahrt und wollten auch nicht bis nach Mitternacht der Hochzeit zuschauen. Auf erneute Nachfrage wurde uns dann um 22:30 ein Zimmer im 3. Stock gegeben (auch dort war die Musik noch sehr zu hören) und wir sind mit Kleinkind ohne Unterstützung des Hotels umgezogen. Als Entschuldigung hätten wir uns einen Preisnachlass oder Gutschein für einen erneuten Besuch gewünscht, jedoch kam von Seiten des Hotels kein Wort der Entschuldigung.
