Das Essen war hervorragend 😊 Personal sehr freundlich, die Chefin sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr schönes Ambiente, modern mit Landhaus Stil, gefällt mir sehr gut!

Cons:

Das Ruheraum im Alpen Spa Bereich sollte eine Tür haben, damit man nicht gestört wird, man hört andere Gäste duschen, reden, telefonieren, die Hauptüre knallen immer zu. Aschenbecher sollten vom Personal ausgetauscht werden, wenn sie überfüllt sind , nicht nur im Spa Bereich - Terasse sondern auch bei der Terasse Richtung Garten - Spielplatz. Salz bei der Dampfsauna fehlte auch, da sollte Personal auch reinschauen, ob was fehlt.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitern ist einfach ein Traum jeder begegnet dir mit einem Lächeln und das Essen ist jedesmal ein Geschmackserlebnis!
Uns hat der Kurzurlaub sehr gefallen auch der SPA Bereich ist toll ausgestattet.

Pros:

Beautiful location, nice pool area, very nice terasse and garden.
Good lunch and dinner menu, absolutely worth it.
Perfect for children with a big playground and playing room.
Huge parking.

Cons:

The standard double room has only a tiny window (like a toilet window), you cant see outside and it is extremely warm, impossible to sleep. Also, the room and the furniture is kind of outdated.
No ventillation in the bathroom, very small shower, a bigger person can hardly fit in. No toilettries, only shower gel.
No fridge in the room.
The breakfast is ok, but for the price of the hotel it is pretty basic. The lunch and dinner menu never offers fish.
Cleaning could be improved: the same pieces of food under our table were there during our entire stay
We were not allowed to have dinner outside and enjoy the summer on the terasse (no reason given, simply no) In the restaurant there is no air, on a warm summer evening it was a torture to eat inside.

Super Kurzaufenthalt, toll für Kinder.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit vom Personal ist unglaublich! Für Kinder ist ein riesen Angebot vorhanden, die können sich immer austoben. Höchst erfreulich für die Kids ein Spielezimmer mit drei PS5.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, im Zimmer ist es schon ziemlich warm, ohne Klimaanlage, auch kein Kühlschrank vorhanden.
