jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt an der Skipiste, wir haben sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen sehr genossen, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Pros:

Super nice staff, really nice rooms, not stuffy, comfortable public and private spaces... loved the ski shop, with a super knowledgeable ski service man, loved the sauna rooms, the pool. Excellent ski in and ski out....

Cons:

The signage is just not great... it is difficult and hampens the flow of the place - obviously... to compensate i would colour or image code the paths... the set up likely cant be changed, but I did not feel like it was a challenge anymore after the 3rd day, which means signage and instruction material could be improved....

Ambivalente Wahrnehmungen, aber von einem 5* Hotel deutlich entfernt

Zugang zur Piste top, Spa Bereich für Erwachsene top, Essen top, Zimmer per se und Ausstattung top

Cons:

Die vermeintliche Aussicht auf die Berge ist zumindest für die Zimmer in den unteren Stockwerken (obwohl das nicht die günstigsten Zimmer sind) massiv eingeschränkt; und wenn man schon die tolle Aussicht genießen darf, dann wird man als Draufgabe auch noch in den Kinder/4* Speisesaal gesetzt - interessant! Der südseitige Balkon ist ca. 50 cm tief und passt zur Aussicht. Die Massage war unter jeder Kritik!
Cinderella hat schon den Charakter eines Kinderhotels, das sollte man vorab wissen. Und von 5 Sternen ist das Hotel weit entfernt. Für einen vierstelligen Betrag pro Nacht kann man sich deutlich Mehr erwarten.

A Hotel Cinderella Obertauernben összességében fantasztikus élményt nyújtott. Már érkezéskor nagyon kedvesen és rendkívül professzionálisan fogadtak minket: welcome drinkkel vártak, az autónkat azonnal levitték a mélygarázsba, a sífelszereléseinket pedig rögtön a szobához tartozó tárolóba vitték és ki is pakolták. Ez a tároló közvetlen kapcsolatban áll a sípályával, ami óriási előny. Induláskor nagyon könnyen ki lehet jutni a pályákra. Visszatéréskor viszont kicsit nehezebb a tájékozódás, mert ez az útvonal sajnos nincs teljesen egyértelműen kialakítva.



A szobák gyönyörűek, kényelmesek és makulátlanul tiszták, napi takarítással. Külön pozitívum, hogy a wellnesshez táskát is biztosítanak. A szaunák és a pihenőterek egyszerűen csodálatosak, igazi feltöltődést nyújtanak.



Ami számunkra sajnos csalódás volt, az a medencék hőmérséklete. Az infinity pool vize is hideg volt, ahogy a beltéri medencéké és a jacuzzié is, egyik sem érte el a 36 fokot. Egy síeléssel töltött nap után, főleg a hideg levegőn, a kültéri jacuzzi esetében legalább 36 °C-os víz lenne igazán élvezhető. Nagyon jó lenne, ha ezen a jövőben változtatnának.



A kiszolgálás viszont kiemelkedő: Massimo különösen figyelmes volt az ott-tartózkodásunk alatt, mindenre maximálisan odafigyelt, és ugyanez elmondható az egész csapatról is. Az ételek finomak voltak, a délutáni frissítő pedig kifejezetten tetszett nekünk. Nagyon jóleső gesztus volt, hogy a hotel tulajdonosai is jelen vannak, és személyesen érdeklődtek, hogy vagyunk, honnan érkeztünk.



A szállodához tartozó hütte is szuper hangulatú, síelés után remekül szórakoztunk ott.

Köszönjük ezt a magas színvonalú kiszolgálást, reméljük, még találkozunk!

Wundervoller Winterurlaub im Hotel Cinderella.
Pros:

Wir sind sehr herzlich Empfangen worden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, dass Essen sehr lecker. Tolle Lage. Schöner Wellnessbereich.Auch wurden unsere Sonderwünsche „Glutenfreie“ Speisen sehr aufmerksam berücksichtigt. Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit. Herzlichen Dank.

The staff is very very helpful. Everyone wants your best. They make you feel like a VIP guest.
There is a snack that is great after a day full of skiing activities. Direct access to the surfing site.

Cons:

The two buildings make things a bit difficult. It's confusing and you feel like you're in a maze. In addition, the water in the pool is relatively colder than expected.

außergewöhnlich gut
Pros:

Lage herausragend, Frühstück sensationell - alles was das Herz begehrt. Toller Spa Bereich. Beheizter Außenpool mit Blick auf die Skipiste. Direkt vom Hotel auf die Piste!
