The woman at the front desk, Bergette, was so helpful, knowledgeable, warm, and pro-active. One of the best we’ve ever met!!

Cons:

Fabulous location! Right in the village, yet just a 5 minute walk to the lakefront.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Restaurant, reichlich Frühstück und mit ganz lieben Chefleuten. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hatten ein großes, schön eingerichteten, barrierefreies Zimmer mit Parkettboden. Toller Balkon mit Blick auf die Fußgängerzone ... inner was los.

Tolles Hotel in Superlage, Top Klimaanlage im Zimmer
Pros:

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, tolle Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels zentral und doch gleich in Seenähe. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet und am allerbesten war die Klimaanlage! Findet man eher selten in Hotels, aber bei den heißen Sommern ist das definitiv ein Kriterium warum man das Hotel wählt. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet.

Einfach eine tolle Zeit erlebt.
Pros:

Besonders hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Personal gefallen.
Uns wurde immer geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten.
Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und dem Personal.

Great hotel with its own restaurant in Mondsee
Pros:

The hotel is located in the very center of town, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and lake, as well as the nearest grocery shop. The hotel also has a restaurant with delicious food and reasonable prices. The room was very large, with air conditioning and a refrigerator. I'd also like to point out that there was fresh water in the room every day.
