Pros:

Fantasztikus elhelyezkedés. A belváros közepén, a Szent István Székesegyház mellett. Az ablakból látható a Dóm.
Minden nagyon hamar elérhető. Az U1-es metró Stephansplatz megállója 5 perc a szállásig.
Itt több metró is elérhető.
A házban maga Mozart is élt egy kis ideig.

A személyzet fantasztikus. Kedves, segítőkész, empatikus.
Ha Bécsben járunk, csak itt fogunk megszállni.

Excelente
Pros:

Sin duda la ubicación es lo mejor, al lado del centro y todo muy cerca, restaurantes, supermercados… las habitaciones muy cómodas y actualizadas, el baño muy moderno. Pudimos dejar las maletas también el día de la salida.

Lovely location - I would stay there again.
Pros:

The location is perfect - right in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful with good suggestions for nearby cafés and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the breakfast at Café Diglas. I also had a late night apfel strüdl at the stunning Café Central.
I also went to see a string quartet at the Haus der Musik because it was on the list of things to do when I booked the hotel through booking.com. Very easy to book and very enjoyable.

Cons:

The only things (for me) missing in the room were a second bedside table and more sockets for phone charging. There was one socket by the bed for the lamp on the table. There was a socket on the other side of the bed but no table. (I wasn't bothered about having a kettle in the room as I had planned to go out and enjoy the local cafés!)
