Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, einfach perfekt
Pros:

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr gutes Frühstück. Sauna ist vorhanden und wurde extra für uns reserviert.

Die fußläufige Distanz zur Rosenbergalm war fantastisch. Das Frühstück war umfangreich, frisch und für jeden Geschmack passend.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Ein paar mehr Bügel im Schrank wären schön gewesen.

Perfekte Lage, tolles Personal und urig gemütliche Zimmer
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, fußläufig ist man in einer Minute an den Liftanlagen und in etwa 15 min in der Stadt zum Einkaufen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, urig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Auswahl groß, alles frisch und mit Liebe gemacht.
Besonders das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider mussten wir vorzeitig abreisen und auch hier ist man uns entgegengekommen.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: für ein Zimmer mit kleiner Küche hätte die Ausstattung etwas umfangreicher ausfallen können.

Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, nahe Zillertalerarena und nicht weit ins Zentrum. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Frühstück war recht gut, war alles vorhanden. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Heizung war trotz voll aufgedreht lau warm. Ca 19 Grad, auch im Bad. Für unsere Verhältnisse zu kühl. Wenn wir länger dagewesen wären, hätten wir ins sofort beschwert. Unser Aufenthalt war aber nur 1 Nacht. Ausserdem keine Lichtundurchlässige Vorhänge oder Jalousien vorhanden. War uns zu hell, daher schlecht geschlafen. Zimmer 104.
