Auch der Blick aus dem Zimmer ist eine Offenbarung.
Das Abendessen war hervorragend kombiniert mit Blumenschmuck für unsere Feier.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und angenehm groß. Das Bad gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist herrlich, das Personal sehr freundlich!! Besonders positiv hat uns der junge und kompetente Rezeptionist gefallen! Er hatte auf alles eine Antwort und war sehr bemüht rasch zu helfen.

Cons:

Leider lag das Zimmer direkt am Gang/Stiegenhaus, war hellhörig und die Restaurantgeräusche waren zu hören.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Badestrand. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, schwacher Service.

- Freundlichkeit des Personals:
Der Empfang im Hotel beschränkte sich auf eine rasche Schlüsselübergabe ohne weitere Infos oder Erklärungen. Das Personal machte auf aus keinen besonders freundlichen Eindruck. Wir hatten schon einige AirBnBs mit deutlich freundlicheren Empfängen. Dieser Eindruck bestätigte sich während unseres Aufenthalts: Wann immer wir etwas brauchten, wurde es uns gegeben, allerdings fühlten wir uns oft – nicht immer, denn manche Angestellten war sehr freundlich zu uns! – eher als Last für das Personal. Es kam kein Gefühl auf, willkommen zu sein.
- Lärm
Da neben dem Hotel eine Bar liegt, hörte man die Gäste noch bis spät nachts von unserem Zimmer aus.
- Komfort
Zwar war alles sauber und geordnet im Zimmer. Dennoch hatte man den Eindruck, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Gesamteindruck war nicht von gehobenem Komfort und Wohnlichkeit geprägt, wie man es von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Es gab auch kein kleines Willkommensgeschenk oder eine Aufmerksamkeit. Stattdessen fanden wir eine bereits geöffnete Packung Süßigkeiten im Zimmer.
-Professionalität
Leider bekamen wir als Gäste immer wieder Spannungen in der Belegschaft mit, was wenig professional auf uns wirkte.
- Preis
Wir verstehen, dass Hotels am Attersee naturgemäß teuer sind, dennoch war der hohe Preis, den wir gezahlt haben aus unserer Sicht die gebotenen Leistungen leider nicht wert.

Tolles Hotel in dem man sich wohl fühlt.
