Cons:

We booked this hotel specifically because it says they have parking. When we got there snd asked about parking,the man working at the reception was very rude with an attitude and said they dont provide parking at the property. It was pouring rain outside and very cold,we had to walk all the way from the public parking to the hotel. The rooms have no central heating,only ac heating and in one of our rooms it wasn’t working at all. The bathrooms have no heating whatsoever.

Perfect place to visit Mostar, close to downtown:)
Pros:

Checkin and checkout were easy and staff at the recepetion provided excellent service. The cafeteria and the restaurant are great, rooms are very comfortable, we were very satisfied.

Cons:

coffee is weak, no parking slot, just 5 places local people also can use, vacuum cleaning during the breakfast is ver annoying

Uživali smo u našem boravku u Mostaru.
Pros:

Lokacija odlična, hotel udoban, osoblje ljubazno.
Restoran i slastičarnica u sklopu hotela su odlični.

Cons:

Nema dodatnih sadržaja osim gore navedenih.
Nedostaje vlastiti parking (u blizini je jedan koji se plaća).
