Relación precio calidad muy buena, cerca de todo.

La funcionalidad y buen gusto. Instalaciones de calidad, sin ostentación.

Cons:

El primer escalón para bajar del 3r piso al ascensor por la pasarela de madera es un poco más alto de lo esperado. Tuve la sensación que alguien se puede accidentar.
