Rooms looked very dated in need of renovation. Beds uncomfortable and some food on the floor from previous guests. All information in German. Not suited for international travellers. Would have been lovely to receive information on local bus services such as Kaiser Jet.
My recent stay at this hotel easily ranks as one of my most enjoyable travel experiences. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire visit. The staff, in particular, deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. They were not only incredibly nice but also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable.
The culinary offerings at the hotel were nothing short of excellent. Each meal was a delightful experience, showcasing a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisine. The chefs clearly put a lot of thought and expertise into their creations, making dining at the hotel a highlight of my trip.
Given the outstanding level of service, comfort, and dining quality, I am eagerly looking forward to returning in December when the new ski season starts. This hotel has certainly earned a special place in my heart, and I cannot wait to experience its wonderful hospitality once again.
The food and service at this wonderful family run hotel is amazing.
If you want a taste of five star class or are a bit of wine connoisseur who a appreciates attention to detail then this the place for you and your family and friends.
They don’t have a wine list it’s a wine bible.. Even the glasses have been special designed to enhance the wines and Champagnes. The hotel also has a very good swimming pool sauna room ideal after a day in the mountains.
We enjoyed the exquisite kitchen and the service. Also after skiing we enjoyed to go to the sauna and this was clean en fun;
nothing specific. Communicatie was bit difficult sometimes because we did not speak German.
The food was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless, great location.
Staff were brilliant and attentive. Loved the wine knowledge, and special treats for my wife on her birthday.

The sauna is really nice, and the food is also very delicious. The hospitality of the hotel is the most amazing part. They remember every guest and will ask you and introduce you the every dinner options every night. Highly recommend this hotel! Feels like I’m in White Lotus Season 3 lol!
Not many hotels where the owner greets you at the door like an old friend and as you are shown around invites you to a 'bite to eat' which turns out to be a 3 course meal.... Room was spotless and comfortable, five course evening meal leaving nothing to be desired and delicious breakfast. Excellent value for money given the abundant culinary treats. Hospitality plus, lots of lovely touches in the room, nothing too much trouble. I loved it!
