Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, kann das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Freundliche Gastgeber und Personal. Schöne Sonnenterasse.

zum Glück war ich geschäftlich dort - als Urlaub wäre ich maßlos enttäuscht!!!

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Das Personal - unorganisiert und unfreundlich. Mussten Ewigkeiten auf den richtigen Tisch warten, obwohl ALLES frei war. Man fühlt sich hier als wäre man eine Last und nicht willkommen. Wurden angeschnautzt weil ich um 7:55 auschecken möchte am Abreisetag (vor 8 Uhr wäre das ja unmenschlich ;)! Der einzige, der kundenorientiert ist, ist der Inhaber.
Das Essen ist auch wirklich unterdurchschnittlich mies. Nicht empfehlenswert und werden mit Sicherheit nicht noch einmal hierher kommen.

Bylismy w tym hotelu juz 2 raz , uwazam ,ze naprawde wlasciciele starają się aby wszystko było na najwyzszym poziomie . Jedzenie bardzo smaczne , super podwieczorki ( w cenie ) pokoje duze ,posciel i łózka super, bardzo czysto . Stok blisko , pomieszczenie na narty bardzo fajne , cieplutkie . Dodam jeszcze ,ze bardzo dziękujemy za ogromną niespodzianke urodzinową dla mojego męza , tort , szampan i udekorowany stół nawet mnie zaskoczył 🥰

Super tolles Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, tolle Lage, auf Extrawünsche beim Essen wird sehr Rücksicht genommen. Tolles Abendessen

Cons:

Frühstück erst ab 8:00 Uhr. 7:45 Uhr wäre besser.
Kaffee u Tee zum Selbstbedienen wär unkomplizierter.

Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, das Essen ausgesprochen lecker, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll.

Pros:

Snídaně i večeře velmi chutné, personál velice vstřícný, příjemný, ochotný a trpělivý. V ceně pobytu Sommercard, wellness, bezplatné parkování přímo u pensionu. Krásná příroda, ideální na letní i podzimní turistiku. Předčilo naše očekávání. Rádi se sem vrátíme.

Pros:

Das schönste Hotel in dem wir je waren.
Das Hotel ist ca. auf ca. 1.950 Meter gelegen.
Das Ambiente war extraklasse.
Das Zimmer im 3. Stock Richtung Westen war echt Klasse, inkl. Balkon mit fantastischer Bergaussicht. Das Bad mit großer Dusche war auch super toll.
Der Spa Bereich ist auch echt schön. Mit drei verschiedenen Saunen und Dampfbäder. Und einem Whirlpool.
Der Whirlpool hätte ein tick wärmer sein können. Dafür waren die Saunen perfekt heiß.
Das Hotel ist nur wenige Meter von der Hohe Mut Seilbahn entfernt. Mit der Sommercard, die wir im Hotel kostenlos bekommen haben, war die Seilbahn umsonst.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns perfekt.
Danke an die gesamte Belegschaft für den tollen Urlaub.

Der Whirlpool könnte 1-2 Grad wärmer sein

Sejour parfait
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le personnel, la restauration, la proximité du télépherique, et surtout une chambre spacieuse et très bien aménagée. En plus, en période de canicule, nous avons plus qu'apprecié la fraicheur du lieu.
