Séjour entaché par l’attitude du gérant

Cons:

Le gérant a exigé que je paie pour les chambres réservées via booking et payées par avance à booking sans prêter attention aux preuves de relevés bancaires que je lui montrais et me disant fermement qu’il n’avait rien à faire avec booking
Devant sa véhémence j’ai payé et averti booking par mail avec les preuves de mon double paiement
Sans réponse…..depuis plusieurs jours

Idéal juste pour une nuit mais c un avis personnel

L’emplacement au calme
Excellent petit déjeuner - bien fourni

Cons:

Pas de réception à l’arrivée….personne n’est présent
Il a fallu téléphoner pour qu’on nous donne le code d’entrée …
6 clients dans l’hôtel, une impression étrange de grand vide….
Les séparations en bois sur les balcons ne vont pas jusque en bas, on peut facilement passer d’une chambre à l’autre -

Pros:

Ganz herzliche Eigentümer, wunderbares Frühstück und die Zimmer im Untergeschoss (Garten) sind sehr schön renoviert und haben eine kleine Terrasse. Das Alpenquellwasser, das aus der Leitung kommt haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Wiir kommen definitiv wieder.

Grosses Zimmer mit Terrasse und toller Aussicht, nette Gastgeber, sehr ruhig gelegen.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, grosses Zimmer und Terrasse mit toller Aussicht, hervorragendes Frühstück mit selbstgemachter Konfitüre und Kuchen, Hunde ebenfalls willkommen, Lift, kostenfreie Parkplätze und ruhige Lage am Waldrand mit schönen Spazierwegen.

Gutes Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen

Cons:

Nasszellen und Lüftung im Bad nicht voll funktionsfähig.
Toilettengeruch von anderen Gästen in meinem Zimmer und Bad.
