Pros:

The hotel is brilliantly positioned, and wasn't overly expensive.

Cons:

We've stayed here before, as a group of 6, 3 over 50s, 2 over 60, and myself, and that's why we returned. Completely different this time. The room wasnt overly clean, staff were rude, the breakfast was terrible, and the coffee tasted like it had been there since our last visit. Would we return? Given the staff this time? No, absolutely not.

Neat and Clean room. Excellent and proactive staff, they asked about my checkout time, and I said it is 7 AM, the receptionist arranged me a packed breakfast and kept it ready the next day when I checked out. They really care about the customers. Great breakfast

We would have expected a better standard room for the price

Location close to the train station and town centre
Good breakfast
Enjoyed the roof top facilities

Cons:

Our room was on the roadside
It was stuffy with the windows closed
When we opened the windows the traffic was very loud especially lorries going through the town - this kept us awake
For us the bed was too soft and also the pillows, there was also only one each
Quite expensive overall
