Tout est fait pour avoir un sentiment de confort et d'opulence. Le personnel, aussi bien au service de table qu'à l'entretien, est très attentionné et agréable. Le tout est très professionnel.

Dans ce contexte d’opulence affichée, il y a tout de même quelques mesquineries : même pas une bouteille d’eau à l’accueil, les produits de douche (shampoing, gel douche) non renouvelés, tout est payant… Cet aspect « comptable » ternit l’impression. La cuisine se veut brillante, les plats sont superbement présentés, mais très souvent sans saveur ! La carte des vins est riche, mais très onéreuse.

A 10/10 stay highly recommended
Pros:

It was in a beautiful location, stunning balcony view, only 6 min walk from main lifts and shops
The deserts here are incredible you will be amazed

Cons:

Only 1 thing I’d suggest is that there is a lot of red meat on the dining set menu, there are fish and vegetarian options but just an extra night or two of chicken or turkey would have been nice
