An excellent stay
Cons:

The room's air conditioner was old and noisy.

The were no room slippers (which are now provided even in much more basic accommodations).

Good place to stay that I would stay again
Pros:

What I loved about the place was the 24hr frontdesk man and also the breakfast buffet. The room was cool and it was comfortable but next time I would get a bigger one.

Cons:

The room was tight but it was an economy and I don’t think there was a fridge in my room

The staff were super friendly.
The room was very clean.

Cons:

We were there in August, during some of the hottest days in Vienna, and the temperature was quite high. Although there was air conditioning in the room, it was still warm. We asked to change our room, and they kindly moved us to a bigger and cooler room.
