Muito agradável, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis, quartos ótimos e confortáveis, excelente localização - muito central - E um pequeno almoço fabuloso!

Παρά πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο και ξενοδοχείο! Σε πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα σε μέσα μεταφοράς! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καλό με πάρα πολύ καλό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια! Επίσης είχε μηχανή εσπρέσο! Οι άνθρωποι το ξενοδοχείου είναι πάρα πολύ φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί! Απίθανο ξενοδοχείο θα το επέλεγα ξανά !

The decor was inspirational, very artistic and tasteful. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly - offering true service. The breakfast timings were great - no stopping at 10 like chain hotels. The bed was a great size a full super King double.

Wyjątkowe miejsce zasługujące na najlepszą ocenę. Bardzo przyjazny i ciekawy wystrój, smaczne jedzenie, czyste i przyjemne pokoje, ale co najważniejsze bardzo profesjonalna i miła obsługa na każdym etapie. Absolutny wzór do naśladowania. Polecam!

Le personnel très professionel, attentioné à notre égard. Hôtel très bien situé, approximité de tout ( métro, market, restaurants, pub, commerces), convivialitié et propreté. Je recommande fortement !!!

Det var et nydelig hotell med gode senger, litt lytt mellom rommene. Frokosten var en drøm og komme til og personalet var veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Og beliggenheten var perfekt, lett og komme seg rundt med taxi/uber.

The ARTIST Boutique Hotel is absolutely wonderful! It is ideally situated minutes away from the Vienna Rathaus, and with an excellent subway connection around the corner. The hotel is a delightful combination of silver screen charm and early 20th century design -- eclectic, fun, yet still elegant and chic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with very respectful and friendly housekeeping. It will be perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

The staff are genuinely very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with tips or recommendations. They really made us feel at home and even gave me a surprise on my birthday. Very generous and fun! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a nice offering of vegetables, cold cuts, pastries, and beverages. You can also order some fantastic dishes off their menu and we would highly recommend their eggs Benedict (it may be one of the best hollandaise sauces we've ever had).

All in all, we are very pleased to have stayed at this lovely hotel and will certainly be going back.

The hotel is lovely, great bar area. Beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is good.

Brilliant staff, Sam and Adrian and the ladies at reception were so friendly and helpful. Location was great. Food was great, compliments to the chef on the omelette and eggs benedict!

The staff were very polite and paid close attention to our personal preferences, including breakfast.
In particular, one member of the breakfast team was cheerful, thoughtful, and very pleasant.

In the evening, we also enjoyed the bar service; the selection of local wines was excellent, and the staff’s recommendations were perfect.
