Bellissimo hotel
Pros:

Ottima posizione, camera mansarda con letto comodissimo , doccia gigante. Per me troppo alto il riscaldamento ma é soggettivo.
Buona colazione fino alle 12.
Fermata della metro a pochi passi e ferma anche il tram 2 per fare il ring.
Insomma ottimi servizi.

Pros:

Es ist ein rundherum schönes, diskret familär geführtes, besonderes und freundliches Hotel. Dieses Hotel verfügt noch glücklicherweise über all die wichtigen Kleinigkeiten, die man sonst in anderen Etablissements vermisst. Der Schuhputz-Service über Nacht ist hierfür ein besonders schönes Beispiel. In diesem Hotel ist es noch selbstverständlich, dass die Zimmer ohne Aufforderung täglich gereinigt werden. Empfehlung!

Wow! What a lovely hotel!
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel! Cosy with stylish, comfortable interiors, friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay special and a good location in central Vienna. We arrived the day before my birthday and at check in, the reception staff noticed the my date of birth on my passport and ensured there was a free glass of sparkling wine for breakfast the next morning and decked out my room with rose petals and balloons! Such a thoughtful and special touch. There was a good selection of hot and cold breakfast, served in a relaxing atmosphere. The cocktail mixologist was impressive - no cocktail menu here - he asks what flavours you like and then makes them bespoke. Overall, we were so impressed by this hotel and it will be top of my list on my next stay in Vienna.

Lovely, Convenient Hotel in Great Location
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff; superb breakfast; and excellent location, within walking distance to Vienna's historic center and the Museum District. Decoration is tasteful without being conformist.

Cons:

There was a tobacco odor in our room that was unpleasant. It's a non-smoking hotel, so I reckon most guests won't encounter the problem, but we did. Noise insulation in the rooms isn't great; you'll hear your neighbors.

Pros:

Das Einzelzimmer war zwar klein, aber sehr schön und mit einem 120cm breiten Bett. Das Interieur ist opulent ohne bieder oder verstaubt sein. Es ist ein besonderes Hotel, wie ein Boutique Hotel sein sollte. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und sehr gut an ÖV angebunden, Tram und U-Bahn. Das moderne Bad fand ich auch toll.

Cons:

Eigentlich nur, dass es mir bei offenem Fenster zu laut zum Schlafen war. Aber das ist der zentralen Lage geschuldet.
