Pros:

Das Hotel Neusacher Hof ist in wunderschöner Lage am Weissensee. Die Architektur mit viel Holz und die liebevolle Ausstattung sind sehr ansprechend. Wir sind begeistert von der freundlichen und kompetenten Atmosphäre und von der hervorragenden Küche. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
The restaurant was outstanding, led by a Michelin-star chef. To make our anniversary extra special, the chef even prepared a beautiful cake for us, which was such a thoughtful surprise.
A truly memorable experience—we would happily stay here again! Also bonus points for the cuteness of Qiu!!

Pros:

Posizione, pulizia, comodità letto, colazione, camera ampia.

Cons:

Nella spa c’era solo la sauna, ma non l’idro massaggio.
La cena non ci è piaciuta… sapori troppo carichi. (Abbiamo completamente lasciato un piatto perché non ci piace l’aglio… che non era indicato negli ingredienti…. e non ci hanno proposto un alternativa. Forse un problema della cucina, o forse del personale.

Tolle Unterkunft mit tollem Essen
Pros:

Super schöne Einrichtung, ganz liebes Personal, extrem gutes Essen (Frühstücksbuffet der Wahnsinn! Abendessen auch top!)
Hundefreundlich und selbst ein ganz lieber Dackel als Hausherr :)
Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön und gemütlich mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See!

Cons:

Die Kopfpolster sind ziemlich hart aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very palatable.

Cons:

1. We were not properly informed on the opening times of the restaurant (for 2 days we had to dine outside for which we had not been prepared) 2. Reception staff was unhelpful in many cases

Heerlijk genoten, heel welkom gevoeld!
Pros:

Al met al was het een hele fijne ervaring bij hotel Neusacherhof. Mooie, ruime, nette kamer, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt en de service was uitermate goed! Ze zijn daar heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en nemen de moeite om wat extra te betekenen voor hun gasten. En zo heerlijk om gebruik te kunnen maken van de sauna aan de overkant van de straat! Ze hebben ook fietsen te leen waardoor je met kleine 10 min in Techendorf bent, mocht je geen auto hebben. Lopend ook prima te doen. Mooie plek aan het grote meer.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks. We vonden de matrassen wat aan harde kant maar uiteindelijk prima op geslapen. Een zachtere kussen konden we bij de receptie aanvragen.
