Cons:

Zimmer war zwar sehr groß, aber teilweise fehlt die Liebe zum Detail.
Wir waren über die Weihnachtszeit da und im Zimmer fehlte etwas Weihnachtszauber, aber wir waren ausgerüstet (kleiner Weihnachtsbaum) ;)

Die Lage ist einzigartig, ruhig, und mitten in der Natur ideal für Erholungssuchende
Die Zimmer bieten viel Platz.
Die Serviceangestellten waren sehr nett.
Der nahegelegene Golfplatz der gratis benützt werden kann. ( bei der Buchung von mind. 2 Übernachtungen)

Cons:

Für ein vier-Sterne Hotel wünsche ich mir Bodylotion im Badezimmer, keine defekte Liegestühle im Aussenbereich des Wellnessbereichs, sowie ein etwas liebevoller gestaltetes Frühstücksbuffet.
Für mich ist dieses Hotel auf drei Sterne Niveau

If you are looking to relax and recharge after one full working year, this is a Top-Notch choice. A family-owned business, they care about you and go the extra mile to make you feel Royal! They greet you daily, make sure everything works and goes as you need it, and help you with valuable info on what to do and how to do it. 5 Star Hospitality!
The room was great, clean, large, and had a big TV. It had Wi-Fi, hot water, water pressure, daily room cleaning, beautiful Windows, and a mountain view.
Excellent quality breakfast and dinner ( half board choice is a must !)
The Spa Center is excellent! The view from the Spa relaxing room is absolutely gorgeous. There is a Coldwater pond to dive în after the sauna!
Massage provided by Sandra super!
The country Sky tracks în 5 meters away, and you have a lot of choices!
It was what we looked for, and the Cherry on Top for us was meeting these wonderful People, Leonard and Katrin and their family!

Avoid this hotel
Pros:

We did enjoy the view from the room, the hikes in the area and the pool. Unfortunately, our positive experience was overshadowed by the rude staff and loud party music.

Cons:

Avoid the hotel on mondays if you don't want loud party music you would expect at afterski in Austria in ur room.
