Przyjechaliśmy późno i nie miałam styczności z obsługą, gdyż cały meldunek był poprzez "kiosk" obok wejścia do hotelu - obsługa bezproblemowa!

Pros:

Hotel Hi5 v Seiersbergu využíváme pro přenocování cestou od moře již poněkolikáté a vždy jsme velmi spokojeni. Lokalita je pro tento účel naprosto ideální. Hotel je útulný, postele jsou velmi pohodlné a celý prostor působí příjemně. Musím vyzdvihnout prostornou a krásnou koupelnu i toaletu. Wi-Fi fungovala bez problémů a snídaně byla vynikající. Velkým plusem je bezproblémové parkování přímo u objektu. Samoodbavovací systém (self check-in) je naprosto parádní a funkční – když jsme narazili na drobnost v pokoji, stačil telefonát a vše bylo okamžitě vyřešeno.

Cons:

Nebylo nic, co by nám pobyt zásadně znepříjemnilo. Pro potřeby přespání na cestách je to perfektní místo. Drobnosti se vyřešily.

Moderní ubytování.
Pros:

Ubytování nás mile překvapilo svou moderností a celkovou úrovní. Velkým plusem byl automatický check-in, díky kterému jsme mohli dorazit i po půlnoci bez jakýchkoliv problémů. Nemuseli jsme nikoho obtěžovat ani čekat — vše proběhlo rychle a bez stresu. Absolutní bomba! Vřele doporučujeme všem, kteří cestují s rodinou nebo přijíždějí pozdě večer. 🌟

-śniadanie bardzo słabe jak poszlismy po 9.00 to wiekszości rzeczy już nie było.

-brak klimy. w pokoju gorąco nie otworzycie okna bo hałas od autostrady jest nie do wytrzymania.
- rano brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem.
- po 19.00 już nic nie zjecie tak samo z napojami. Brak obsługi w godzinach wieczornych.

To idealny przystanek w drodze gdzieś dalej.
Pros:

To znakomite miejsce na zatrzymanie się na jedną noc w drodze do Włoch i korzystaliśmy z tej opcji już 4 razy.
Bardzo doceniam możliwość późnego zameldowania typu self check-in oraz znakomite śniadania.

Brakuje mi czajnika w pokoju (skoro przyjeżdżam późno to restauracja i sklep już nieczynne ) oraz mini lodówki. jestem niemal pewna, że była taka jak mieszkaliśmy za pierwszym razem (2023 rok), może to zależy od statusu pokoju. Hotel jest coraz bardziej zautomatyzowany, ale ja tradycyjny człowiek, więc rano wymeldowując się chętnie pożegnałabym się z recepcjonistką...

Pros:

Ich hatte das Hotel sehr spät abends von der Autobahn aus gebucht. Der Self-Check-in war easy. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, gut ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war wirklich sehr gut. Super viel Auswahl, gute Brötchen, frisch und ordentlich angerichtet. Ganz witzig zudem, dass man so halb in einem Supermarkt frühstückt.

das Frühstück war hervorragend. Deutlich über den Standard in der Hotelkategorie. Der kostenlose Parkplatz und die Nähe zur Autobahn sind gute Argument für das Hotel.

Der Checkin über den Automaten war nicht gut. Es war Dunkel und das Display schlecht lesbar.
